    摘要:

    随着农业生产的规模化、集约化和机械化的发展,药用植物连作障碍问题日益突显。在我国中药资源中,根及根茎类道地药材占比大,被广泛应用于中医药领域。根及根茎类道地药材由于其独特的“道地性”,连作障碍已经成为亟须解决的难题。研究综述了连作障碍的成因及其相应的消减措施,旨在为缓解根及根茎类道地药材连作障提供参考。导致根及根茎类道地药材连作障碍的原因复杂多样,是药用植物、土壤、微生物3个系统内多种因素相互作用的结果,主要包括了化感自毒作用、土壤理化性质改变和土壤微生物区系变化等。目前常见的缓解连作障碍的措施包括抗性新品种选育、种植和管理方式优化、土壤消毒、土壤调理剂改良、功能微生物调控,此外,无土栽培在缓解连作障碍中已受到广泛关注。未来研究应当以“植物-土壤-微生物”互作系统为基础,结合根及根茎类道地药材地区的生态环境和种植条件情况,重点关注根及根茎类药用植物与土壤微生物的相互作用机制以及连作障碍的生物学和生态学机制,以突破连作障碍的关键技术难点。同时,重点发展抗连作新品种,优化种植和管理技术,探索土壤微生物调控和生态修复等策略,从而有效解决连作障碍对药用植物生长和产量的影响。

    Abstract:

    With the advancement of scale,intensification,and mechanization in agricultural production,the issue of continuous cropping obstacles for medicinal plants is increasingly conspicuous. In China’s traditional Chinese medicine resources,roots and rhizomes constitute a significant portion of authentic medicinal materials,and are widely employed in traditional Chinese medicine. Owing to their distinctive “authenticity,” continuous cropping obstacles have emerged as a pressing concern for root and rhizome authentic medicinal materials. This review elucidated the causes of continuous cropping obstacles and their corresponding alleviation measures,aiming to offer insights for mitigating continuous cropping challenges faced by root and rhizome authentic medicinal materials. The origins of continuous cropping issues for root and rhizome authentic medicinal materials were multifaceted,stemming from the interplay of various factors within the three systems of medicinal plants,soil,and microorganisms. These factors mainly included allelopathy,transformations in soil physicochemical properties,and fluctuations in soil microbial communities. The common measures to alleviate continuous cropping obstacles encompassed the cultivation of resilient new varieties,optimization of farming practices,soil sterilization,improving soil conditioners,and regulation of functional microorganisms. Moreover,the spotlight had turned towards soilless cultivation as a promising avenue to tackle the trials of continuous cropping. The future of research must be grounded in the interconnected “plant-soil-microbe” system,combining the ecological environment and cultivation conditions of nurturing root and rhizome authentic medicinal materials in the region. The focus should be on unraveling the intricate mechanisms governing the interplay between root and rhizome medicinal plants and soil microbes,delving into the biological and ecological rationale of continuous cropping challenges to surmount the critical technical barriers. Concurrently,efforts should be directed towards the development of resilient varieties,fine-tuning cultivation and management techniques,and exploring strategies for soil microbial regulation and ecological rejuvenation,effectively mitigating the adverse impact of continuous cropping hurdles on the growth and productivity of medicinal plants.
