    摘要:

    测量不确定度的评估方法可分为“自下而上”和“自上而下”两类方法,两种方法各有特点,适用于不同的应用场景。分别采用自上而下法和自下而上法,对肥料中铬元素含量的不确定度评定,自上而下法评定的铬测量不确定度为17 mg/kg,自下而上法评定的铬测量不确定度为21 mg/kg,两种方法评定的测量不确定度结果基本一致,在积累了大量质量控制样品数据的情况下,自上而下法比自下而上法评定过程更简便,计算量少,易于操作,更能反映出实验室长期检测的精密度和准确度水平。

    Abstract:

    Studying the sources of uncertainty can improve the accuracy of the measurement result. There are mainly two ways of estimation measurement on uncertainty depending on the purpose of the estimation and the available data. This study evaluated the uncertainty of chromium content in fertilizers using both the TOP-DOWN approach and the BOTTOM-UP approach. The measurement uncertainty of chromium determined by the TOP-DOWN approach was 17 mg/kg,while that determined by the BOTTOM-UP approach was 21 mg/kg. The results indicated that the measurement uncertainty evaluated by the two approaches were essentially consistent. With the accumulation of a large amount of check sample data,the TOP-DOWN approach proved to be simpler,required less calculation,was easier to operate,and could better reflect the precision and accuracy levels of long-term laboratory testing.
