    摘要:

    为合理利用和科学管理黑龙江省白浆土资源,探讨了不同土地利用方式对白浆土土壤细菌群落特征的影响。选取自然草地、水稻田和旱地为研究对象,采集 0 ~ 20 和 20 ~ 40 cm 土层的土壤样品,利用高通量测序技术对不同土地利用方式下白浆土土壤细菌群落的丰富度、多样性和群落组成的变化进行分析,结合白浆土理化性状,系统揭示不同土地利用方式下 0 ~ 20 和 20 ~ 40 cm 土层土壤细菌群落特征。结果显示,白浆土两土层间微生物 Alpha 多样性指数存在显著差异,不同土地利用方式下相较自然草地,水稻田和旱地的细菌多样性指数均显著降低;上层土壤细菌多样性显著高于下层土壤。OTU 富集情况在两土层中一致,均表现为自然草地 > 水稻田 > 旱地。白浆土细菌群落的主坐标分析以及层次聚类分析显示,自然草地与旱地的群落结构最为接近。冗余分析发现,土壤 pH 是驱动细菌群落结构变化的主要环境因子。链霉菌和亚硝化螺菌属主要富集在水稻田中,表明水稻田土壤氮循环能力强。本研究结果为白浆土土壤修复、病害防治及合理利用提供依据。

    Abstract:

    In order to rationally utilize and scientifically manage the soil resources of Heilongjiang Province,this study explored the impact of different land use methods on the characteristics of the soil bacterial community in the soil. Natural grasslands,paddy fields and drylands were selected as the research objects. Soil samples were collected from the 0-20 and 20-40 cm soil layers. High-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the changes in the richness,diversity and community composition of the soil bacterial communities in white pulp soil under different land use modes. Combined with the physical and chemical properties of white pulp soil,the characteristics of the soil bacterial communities in the 0-20 and 20- 40 cm soil layers under different land use modes were systematically revealed. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the Alpha diversity index of microorganisms between the two soil layers of the white pulp soil. Compared with natural grasslands,the bacterial diversity index of paddy fields and drylands were significantly lower under different land use methods. The bacterial diversity of the upper soil layer was significantly higher than that of the lower soil layer. The OTU enrichment situation was the same in the two soil layers,both showing as natural grassland > paddy field > dry land. The principal coordinate analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis of the bacterial communities in the white soil showed that the community structure of the natural grassland was most similar to that of the dryland. Redundancy analysis found that soil pH was the main environmental factor driving changes in bacterial community structure. Streptomyces and Nitrosospira were mainly enriched in the paddy fields,indicating that the soil nitrogen cycle in the paddy fields was strong. The results of this study could provide a basis for soil remediation,disease control and rational utilization of white pulp soil.
