Effects of microbial agents and organic-inorganic fertilizer application on grape seedling growth and rhizosphere

    摘要:

    为了实现化肥减量并促进葡萄产业可持续发展,试验设置 6 个处理:不施肥(对照 CK)、100% 化肥 (C1)、100% 有机肥(O1)、100% 有机肥 + 菌剂(O1B)、60% 化肥 +40% 有机肥(C0.6O0.4)、60% 化肥 +40% 有机肥 + 菌剂(C0.6O0.4B),分析不同处理对赤霞珠葡萄扦插苗的生长、根际土壤和根系构型的影响,为酿酒葡萄实现化肥减量、科学高效施肥提供参考依据。结果表明:C0.6O0.4B 处理土壤有效磷、速效钾、有效钙、有效镁和有效锌含量最高,分别较 CK 处理提高了 47.05%、44.54%、9.98%、36.68% 和 10.00%,较 C1 处理提高了 16.90%、 18.62%、10.05%、34.32% 和 0.48%。O1B、C0.6O0.4 处理的土壤有机质含量较 O1 处理显著提高了 29.82% 和 58.82%。 C0.6O0.4B较C0.6O0.4 处理显著提高了土壤中的碱解氮、有效磷、有效钙、有效镁和有效铁含量,表明有机无机肥配施菌剂能够显著提高土壤中的有机质和有效养分含量;处理 120 d 后,与其他处理相比,C0.6O0.4B和O1B 处理均能显著提升新梢生长量、第五节节间长度,且 C0.6O0.4B > O1B;所有处理中,C0.6O0.4B 处理葡萄根系的总根长、总表面积、总体积、平均直径、根尖数和分枝数最大,O1B 次之;有机肥配施菌剂处理(C0.6O0.4B和O1B)葡萄扦插苗的比根长和根比表面积均大于其他处理,而其根组织密度低于其他处理;CK 处理的导管数量最少,C0.6O0.4B 处理数量最多,O1B 处理次之;通过土壤养分含量与根系指标间冗余分析,发现赤霞珠扦插苗根系形态的变化与土壤理化性质(有效元素含量)密切相关,证实了生物菌剂和有机肥共施对促进扦插苗根系生长的潜力。综合比较, 施用有机肥及菌剂能够有效改善土壤性状、提升葡萄生长状况,其中减施化肥配施有机肥和菌剂(C0.6O0.4B)效果最显著。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the amount of chemical fertilizer and promote the sustainable development of grape industry, an experiment with six treatments was conducted,which were no fertilizer control(CK),100% chemical fertilizer(C1), 100% organic fertilizer(O1),100% organic fertilizer + microbial agent(O1B),60% chemical fertilizer + 40% organic fertilizer(C0.6O0.4)and 60% chemical fertilizer + 40% organic fertilizer + microbial agent(C0.6O0.4B). Compared with CK, the effects of different treatments on the growth,rhizosphere and root configuration of Cabernet Sauvignon cuttings seedlings were analyzed,in order to provide reference for reducing the amount of chemical fertilizer application and scientifically and efficiently fertilizing wine grapes. The results showed that the contents of available P,available K,available Ca,available Mg and available Zn in C0.6O0.4B treatment were the highest,which were increased by 47.05%,44.54%,9.98%,36.68% and 10.00%,respectively,compared with CK treatment,and by 16.90%,18.62%,10.05%,34.32% and 0.48% respectively,compared with C1 treatment. The organic matter content of soil treated with O1B and C0.6O0.4 was significantly increased by 29.82% and 58.82%,respectively,compared with that treated with organic fertilizer(O1). Compared with C0.6O0.4,C0.6O0.4B significantly increased the contents of alkali-hydrolyzable N,available P,available Ca,available Mg and available Fe in soil,indicating that the combination of organic and inorganic fertilizers and microbial agents could significantly increase the contents of organic matter and available nutrients in soil. After 120 days of treatment,compared with other treatments,C0.6O0.4B and O1B treatments significantly increased the growth of shoots and the 5th intersection length,and C0.6O0.4B > O1B. Among all treatments,the total root length,total surface area,total volume,average diameter,number of root tips and number of branches of grape roots treated with C0.6O0.4B were the largest,followed by O1B. The specific root length and specific root surface area of grape cutting seedlings treated with organic fertilizer combined with microbial agents(C0.6O0.4B and O1B)were larger than those of other treatments,but the root tissue density was lower than those of other treatments. The number of catheters treated with CK was the least,and the number of catheters treated with C0.6O0.4B was the most,followed by O1B. RDA analysis between soil nutrient content and root index showed that the changes of root configuration of Cabernet Sauvignon cutting seedlings were closely related to soil physical and chemical properties (content of available elements),which proved the potential of co-application of biological agents and organic fertilizers to promote root growth of cutting seedlings. A comprehensive comparison showed that applying organic fertilizer and microbial agent could effectively improve soil properties and improve grape growth,among which reducing chemical fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer and microbial agent(C0.6O0.4B)had the most significant effect.
