Effects of silicon-calcium-potassium-magnesium fertilizer on wheat soil,yield and nutrient utilization

    摘要:

    硅钙钾镁肥的应用步入施肥结构优化和推广集成阶段,分析其对小麦土壤、植株、肥料养分吸收利用和产量效益的影响,为制定合理的施肥决策提供理论基础。以冬小麦为研究对象,多元统计及分析不施肥(CK)、 复合肥(NPK)、复合肥 + 硅钙钾镁肥(NPKG)对土壤理化性质、产量及构成因素、植株氮磷钾含量及吸收量、 肥料利用效率、经济效益的影响。结果显示,与 CK 相比,NPK 土壤碱解氮、钾分别显著上升 19.97%、17.50%, 植株全氮、磷、钾养分含量、吸收量分别显著升高 8.85% ~ 18.92%、21.81% ~ 49.43%,分别显著增加粒数及产量 14.41%、14.55%,收入提高 329 元 /hm2 ,但 pH、作物指数、籽粒收获指数降低或显著降低 0.48% ~ 3.06%、 4.21%、2.13% ~ 9.57%。与 NPK 相比,NPKG 耕作层速效钾显著上升 21.32%,显著提升秸秆钾含量及氮、磷、 钾吸收量 7.80%、5.45% ~ 16.13%,产量及构成 7.93% ~ 11.35%,增加产值 1898 元 /hm2 ,收入及产投比提高 6.58%、31.96%,肥料农学利用率及综合肥料利用率显著提升 31.50% ~ 62.13%。可见,复合肥显著提高土壤生产力,对植株养分、产量、经济效益有显著提升作用,但土壤 pH、作物指数和籽粒收获指数降低。复合肥基础上施用硅钙钾镁肥,显著提高与小麦各指标提升相关性最显著的耕作层速效钾,且相比氮、磷,土壤速效钾、植株全钾含量及吸收量增加率最高,进而显著提升植株全养分吸收量,有助于穗数、粒数、肥料利用效率显著增加,进一步显著增加产量及产值,使收入及产投比增加,体现硅钙钾镁肥良好的土壤生产力和经济环境效益。

    Abstract:

    The application of silicon-calcium-potassium-magnesium fertilizer(Si-Ca-K-Mg fertilizer)had entered stage of fertilization structure optimization and promotion integration. The effects of Si-Ca-K-Mg fertilizer on the uptake and utilization soil and fertilizers nutrients,and winter wheat yield and benefits were analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for accurately formulating reasonable fertilization decisions. Taking winter wheat as the research object,the effects of no fertilization(CK),compound fertilizer(NPK)and compound fertilizer combined with Si-Ca-K-Mg fertilizer(NPKG)on soil physicochemical properties,yield and component indicators,nutrient content and uptake of nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K),fertilizer use efficiency and economic benefits were analyzed by multivariate statistics and analysis. Results showed that,compared with CK, the soil available N and available K of NPK significantly increased by 19.97%,17.50-20.72%,the plant content and absorption of total N,P and K increased by 8.85%-18.92%,21.81%-49.43%,respectively,and the grain number(GNH),yield and income increased by 14.41%,14.55% and 329 Yuan/hm2 ,respectively. However,pH,crop index(CI),harvest index of grain(HIG)decreased or significantly decreased by 0.48%-3.06%,4.21%,2.13%-9.57%,respectively. Compared with NPK,NPKG increased significantly available K in the tillage soil by 21.32%,significantly increased the plant content of K by 7.80%,uptake of N,P and K by 5.45%-16.13%,yield and component indicators by 7.93%-11.35%,output(OP)by 1898 Yuan/hm2 ,input(IP)and fertilizer output-to input ratio(FOIR)by 6.58% and 31.96%,respectively,increased significantly agronomic utilization efficiency and comprehensive fertilizer utilization efficiency by 31.50%-62.13%. Obviously,the application of compound fertilizer significantly increased soil productivity,plant nutrients,yield and economic benefits,but decreased soil pH, CI and HIG. On the basis of compound fertilizer,Si-Ca-K-Mg fertilizer was applied. The available K in the tillage layer,which was most significantly correlated with the improvement of each index of wheat,was significantly increased. Compared with AN and OP,the increase rate of available K,total K content and absorption in soil and plant was the highest,and then the total nutrient absorption of plant was significantly increased. It was helpful to significantly increase fertilizer use efficiency,the spike number (SNH)and GNH,further significantly increase yield and OP,and increase FOIR. It reflected the good soil productivity and economic and environmental benefits of Si-Ca-K-Mg fertilizer.
