Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on assembly of rhizospheric and endophytic bacterial community in tomato

    摘要:

    近年来,我国设施农业得到快速发展,但依然面临化肥过量施用的问题,研发绿色生态型肥料势在必行。 丛枝菌根(AM)真菌是一类地球上普遍存在的共生真菌,能提高植物耐逆性、促进生长,具有巨大的应用潜力。 然而,鲜有研究 AM 真菌对设施番茄根系细菌组装的影响。选用番茄为供试植物进行盆栽试验,研究分别接种摩西斗管囊霉(FM)和根内根孢囊霉(RI)对番茄根际和根内细菌组装的影响。结果显示,与不接种 AM 真菌(对照)相比,FM 和 RI 均增加了根际土壤细菌群落的 Sobs 和 Ace 指数;FM 降低了根内生细菌群落的 Ace 指数,RI 降低了 Sobs 指数。RI 增加了根际和根内细菌群落的 Simpson 指数,降低了其多样性。FM 和 RI 比对照均显著增加了绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)的相对丰度,RI 处理显著增加了节杆菌属(Arthrobacter)的相对丰度。网络结构分析显示,两种 AM 真菌均增加了细菌之间的正相关关系。乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)为 FM 处理中根内生细菌的关键物种, 链霉菌属(Streptomyces)为 RI 处理中根内生细菌的关键物种。结果表明,两种 AM 真菌均能影响设施番茄根系对细菌群落的组装,并且倾向于富集参与硝化作用或协同作用的细菌,为 AM 真菌应用于设施番茄栽培中提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Facility agriculture is developing rapidly in China nowadays,but chemical fertilizers have been still used excessively to ensure production,so it is important to develop green ecological fertilizers. Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi are a kind of ubiquitous symbiotic fungi on the earth,which can improve stress tolerance and promote growth for plant, and have great application potential. However,few studies have revealed the effects of AM fungi on recruitment of bacteria in roots of tomato grown in facility. A greenhouse pot experiment was used to study the effects of inoculation with Funneliformis mosseae(FM)and Rhizophagus intraradices(RI)on assembly of rhizospheric and endophytic bacterial community in tomatoes. The results showed that both FM and RI increased the Sobs and Ace index in rhizospheric bacterial communities, compared with non-inoculated group. FM decreased the Ace index,and RI decreased the Sobs index in endophytic bacterial community. RI increased the Simpson index in rhizospheric and endophytic bacterial community,and reduced the diversity. Both FM and RI significantly increased the relative abundance of the Chloroflexi phylum,compared with non-inoculated, and RI treatment significantly increased the relative abundance of Arthrobacter genus. Network structure analysis revealed that both AM fungi increased the positive relationship between the bacteria of roots. Lactobacillus was a keystone taxa of endophytic bacterial community in FM treatment and Streptomyces was that in RI treatment. These results suggest that both AM fungi can affect the assembly of the bacterial community of roots in facility tomatoes,and incline to enrich the bacteria involved in nitration reaction or cooperation relationships. It could provide theoretical support for the application of AM fungi in facility cultivation of tomatoes.
