多物料配施对豫南酸性农田土壤的改良效应

    摘要:

    近几十年河南省耕地酸化面积和酸化程度日趋增加,威胁粮食安全和生态环境质量。采用原位酸性农田土壤进行培育试验,比较不同物料单施和配合施用对豫南酸性土壤的改良效果。分别设置两种无机物料(A:石灰,B:钙镁磷肥)和3种有机物料(C:生物炭,D:黄腐酸钾,E:炭吸附聚谷氨酸)单独和随机组合施用,测定土壤pH、电导率、土壤养分、团聚体和酶活性等指标,并采用最小数据集法评估改良后的土壤质量。结果表明:无机物料处理A和AB提升土壤pH效果最好,而有机物料处理提升土壤质量幅度显著大于无机物料处理,其中,有机碳、氮物料减量配施处理(处理CE)土壤质量提升效果最好,其次是有机物料无机物料混用处理,无机物料处理提升幅度最小。含生物炭处理(处理C、BC、AC、CD、CE、ACD、ACE和CDE)显著增加土壤pH、电导率、速效钾和微团聚体比例;含石灰处理(处理AB、AC、AD、AE、ABD和ABE)显著增加土壤全氮含量;含钙镁磷肥处理(处理B、AB、BC、BD、BE和ABD)显著增加土壤全氮和有效磷含量;处理CE显著增加土壤蔗糖酶和脲酶活性。处理CE、C、BCDE、ACD、ACE、ABCD、ABC、CD和ABCDE土壤质量综合指数(SQI)的提高幅度为31%~52%。SQI与土壤pH、电导率、速效钾和土壤微团聚体显著正相关。综上,无机物料缓解土壤酸化效果显著,有机物料提升土壤质量幅度更大;多物料配施可以改善土壤结构,增加土壤含盐量,缓解土壤酸化,提高土壤酶活性和养分有效性,进而提升土壤质量。

    Abstract:

    The area and degree of soil acidification are increasing in southern Henan province,threatening food production and the ecological environment. This study conducted a cultivated experiment using in-situ acidic farmland soils to explore the impact of different remediation materials on soil quality in southern Henan. Two inorganic materials(A:lime,B:calcium-magnesium phosphate fertilizer)and three organic materials(C:biochar,D:potassium humate,and E:carbon adsorption polyglutamic acid)were separately and randomly combined for application. Soil pH,electrical conductivity,soil nutrients,aggregates and enzyme activity were measured,and the minimum data set analysis was used to evaluate the soil quality after amendment. The results showed that the inorganic amendment treatments A and AB showed the most effective in raising soil pH,while the organic amendment treatments significantly improved soil quality. The combined application of organic carbon and nitrogen materials(treatment CE)had the best effect on improving soil quality,followed by the mixture of organic and inorganic materials,with inorganic materials showing the smallest improvement. Biochar applied independently or combined with other materials(treatments C,BC,AC,CD,CE,ACD,ACE,and CDE)significantly increased soil pH,electrical conductivity,available potassium content,and the proportion of micro-aggregates;lime applied independently or combined with other materials(treatments AB,AC,AD,AE,ABD,and ABE)significantly increased soil total nitrogen;calcium-magnesium phosphate fertilizer applied independently or combined with other materials(treatments B,AB,BC,BD,BE,ABC,and ABD)significantly increased soil available phosphorus;treatment CE significantly increased soil sucrase and urease activities. Treatments CE,C,BCDE,ACD,ACE,ABCD,ABC,CD and ABCDE increased soil quality composite index(SQI)by 31%~52%. The SQI was significantly positively correlated with soil pH,electrical conductivity,available potassium,and soil micro-aggregates. In summary,inorganic materials significantly mitigated soil acidification,while organic materials predominantly enhanced soil quality;the combined application of multiple materials could improve soil structure,increase soil salinity,alleviate soil acidification,enhance soil enzyme activity and nutrient availability,thereby improving soil quality.
