    摘要:

    为查明土壤硒元素特征及其生物有效性,采集重庆市奉节县南部地区表层土壤样品2735件、农作物及其根系土样品各141件。通过对农作物硒含量、土壤样品中硒和其他理化指标测试,结果表明,奉节县南部表层土壤硒含量为0.05~17.01 mg/kg,平均为0.45 mg/kg,足硒及富硒土壤总计占比97.02%;成土母质以炭质页岩及二叠系吴家坪组地层发育的土壤硒含量较高,平均硒含量分别为4.70和5.33 mg/kg;不同土壤类型中,黄壤中硒含量相对较高,为0.07~5.24 mg/kg,平均为0.60 mg/kg;不同的土地利用类型中,乔木林地硒含量最高,为15.4 mg/kg,平均为1.07 mg/kg,水田最低,为0.10~0.98 mg/kg,平均为0.20 mg/kg;Pearson相关性分析表明,土壤硒含量与有机质含量及土壤淋溶强度呈正相关,与pH呈负相关。不同作物籽实对硒元素富集能力强弱为水稻>玉米>萝卜。元素间的相关性分析及统计结果表明,成土母质、土地利用类型及土壤有机质、pH及铁铝氧化物是影响研究区土壤硒含量的主要因素,土壤硒含量是影响农作物籽实硒含量的关键因素,建议该地区采用水稻、玉米的种植结构来打造特色富硒农作物种植体系,促进当地富硒农作物产业发展。

    Abstract:

    To determine the characteristics of soil selenium and its bioavailability,2735 topsoil samples and 141 groups of crop samples and their corresponding root soil samples were collected from the southern part of Fengjie,Chongqing.The contents of selenium in crops,selenium contents and other physicochemical indexes in soil samples were analyzed.The results showed that the surface soil selenium content in southern Fengjie ranged from 0.05 to 17.01 mg/kg,with an average of 0.45 mg/kg,and the total proportion of selenium-sufficient and selenium-rich soil was 97.02%.The Se contents in soils developed from carbonaceous shale and Permian Wujiaping formation were relatively high,averaging at 4.70 and 5.33 mg/kg,respectively.Among different soil types,the selenium content in yellow soil was relatively high,varying from 0.07 to 5.24 mg/kg,with an average of 0.60 mg/kg.Among different land use types,the highest selenium content of forest land was 15.4 mg/kg,with an average of 1.07 mg/kg,while the lowest content in paddy field was 0.10-0.98 mg/kg,with an average of 0.20 mg/kg.The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the soil selenium content was positively correlated with organic matter content and soil leaching intensity,and negatively correlated with pH.The ability of different crops to enrich selenium element ranked as rice>corn>radish.The correlation analysis and statistical results showed that soil parent material,land use type,soil organic matter,pH and iron aluminum oxide were the main factors affecting soil selenium content in the study area,and soil selenium content was the key factor affecting crop seed selenium content.It is recommended to plant corn and rice to build a special selenium-rich crop planting system and promote the development of local selenium-rich crop industry.
