    摘要:

    为探索种植密度对镉(Cd)污染土壤植物修复效率的调控作用,选取Cd富集植物八宝景天和Cd耐性植物三七景天为研究对象,通过田间随机区组试验,分析了常规种植模式和密植模式下2种景天生长、Cd吸收转运、富集特征以及修复效率。结果表明,与常规种植模式相比,合理密植条件下2种景天地上部生物量分别显著提高了206.5%和218.3%,且其地上部Cd含量、富集系数和转运系数均无显著下降。合理密植条件下八宝景天和三七景天地上部Cd富集量分别可达114.1和60.4 g/hm2,较常规种植分别显著提高了121.2%和180.1%。此外,分别以植物Cd移除量和土壤Cd削减量计算2种植物的修复效率,发现修复效率较低时宜采用植物Cd移除量计算,修复效率较高时2种方法的结果一致。常规种植和合理密植条件下八宝景天Cd修复效率分别为3.00%和6.44%,可知,八宝景天具有Cd污染土壤上实际修复的应用前景,合理密植可在不降低植物Cd吸收能力前提下促进植物生长,从而提高对Cd污染土壤的修复效率。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the effect of planting density regulation on the phytoremediation efficiency of cadmium(Cd)contaminated soil,two Sedum species,namely Hylotelephium spectabile(known as a Cd accumulator)and Sedum aizoon(known as a Cd-tolerant plant),were selected as the research objects. A randomized block field experiment was conducted to determine the plant growth,Cd absorption,transport,accumulation characteristics as well as remediation efficiency of the two Sedum species under conventional planting mode and dense planting mode. The results showed that reasonably dense planting significantly increased the shoot biomass of H. spectabile and S. aizoon by 206.5%and 218.3%,respectively,in comparison with conventional planting mode. Besides,the shoot Cd concentration,bioconcentration factor and transfer factorof both Sedum species exhibited no obvious different under different planting densities. Moreover,the Cd accumulation in shoot of H. spectabile and S. sizoon reached 114.1 and 60.4 g/hm2,respectively,under reasonably dense planting,which was significantly increased by 121.2% and 180.1%,respectively,in comparison to these under conventional planting mode. The phytoremediation efficiency of two Sedum species under different planting densities was calculated based on either Cd removal amount by plant or Cd reduction amount in soil,respectively. When the remediation efficiency was relatively low,it was advisable to use the plant Cd removal amount for evaluating remediation efficiency. Otherwise,the results by both calculating methods were consistent. The phytoremediation efficiency of H. spectabile was 3.00% and 6.44% under conventional planting and reasonably dense planting conditions,respectively. Therefore,the H. spectabile showed application prospects for actual remediation of Cd contaminated soil and the reasonably dense planting might further promote plant growth without reducing the Cd absorption capacity of plants,thereby improving the remediation efficiency of Cd contaminated soil.
