Effects of different organic fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer on soil aggregates composition and rice yield in reclaimed land

    摘要:

    为促进农村宅基地复垦耕地土壤的快速培肥与水稻产量的协同提升,基于持续4年(2019—2022年)有机肥配施化肥定位试验,设置5个处理:不施氮(N)肥(T0)、100%化肥N(T1)、40%鸡粪肥N+60%化肥N(T2)、40%蚯蚓粪肥N+60%化肥N(T3)、40%菜籽饼肥N+60%化肥N(T4),测定水稻产量、不同粒团聚体的含量及其有机碳(OC)、全氮(TN)含量,并评估团聚体稳定性。结果表明:与T1处理相比,各有机肥配施化肥处理均提高了水稻产量,增幅为3.15%~9.93%。同时,各有机肥配施化肥处理还促进了土壤团聚体从微团聚体(<0.25 mm)向中团聚体(0.25~2 mm)转变。此外,这些处理还提高了全土及>2和0.25~2 mm粒径团聚体OC、TN含量,增幅分别为6.95%~24.68%及4.03%~58.28%和23.38%~57.14%(OC)、10.00%~31.85%及19.14%~78.95%和28.44%~71.25%(TN)。相关分析表明,0.25~2 mm粒径团聚体的比例以及>2和0.25~2 mm粒径团聚体OC和TN含量越高,土壤团聚体的稳定性越强。相关和冗余分析表明,>2和0.25~2 mm粒径团聚体的OC和TN与水稻产量之间的相关性更强,而<0.25 mm粒径团聚体的OC、TN与水稻产量相关性则相对较弱。综上所述,在农村宅基地复垦耕地土壤上,采用40%有机肥N+60%化肥N不仅有助于促进团粒结构的形成,还能提升水稻产量,在3种有机肥中,蚯蚓粪和菜籽饼肥的效果优于鸡粪。

    Abstract:

    To facilitate the rapid improvement of soil fertility and the simultaneous enhancement of rice yield in reclaimed rural homestead land,this study was based on a four-year(2019—2022)field experiment with five treatments:no nitrogen(N)fertilizer(T0),100% chemical N fertilizer(T1),40% chicken manure N+60% chemical N(T2),40% earthworm manure N+60% chemical N(T3),and 40% rapeseed cake N+60% chemical N(T4). The rice yield,aggregate content of different particle sizes,and their organic carbon(OC)and total nitrogen(TN)contents were measured,and the aggregate stability was evaluated. Compared with T1 treatment,the combined organic and chemical fertilizer(organic-fertilizer)treatments increased rice yield by 3.15%-9.93%. These organic-fertilizer treatments also promoted the transformation of soil aggregates from micro-aggregates(<0.25 mm)to medium-sized aggregates(0.25-2 mm). Furthermore,these treatments increased the OC and TN contents in the bulk soil,as well as in aggregates with particle sizes >2,and 0.25-2 mm,with increases of 6.95%-24.68%,4.03%-58.28%,and 23.38%-57.14%(OC)and 10.00%-31.85%,19.14%-78.95%,and 28.44%-71.25%(TN),respectively. Correlation analysis revealed that the higher the proportion of 0.25-2 mm aggregates and the OC and TN contents in aggregates >2 and 0.25-2 mm,the greater the stability of the soil aggregate. Correlation analysis and redundancy analysis revealed that the OC and TN contents in aggregates >2 and 0.25-2 mm had stronger correlations with rice yield,while the correlations between OC and TN contents in <0.25 mm aggregates and rice yield were relatively weaker. In conclusion,on reclaimed rural homestead land,the application of 40% organic fertilizer N combined with 60% chemical fertilizer N not only promoted the formation of soil aggregate structure but also improved rice yield. Among the three types of organic fertilizers tested,vermicompost and rapeseed cake were more effective than chicken manure.
