Effects of straw return and nitrogen fertilizer management on soil nitrogen and cotton nitrogen uptake and utilization in cotton fields

    摘要:

    研究麦秆还田条件下不同氮肥运筹对棉田土壤氮素及棉花氮吸收利用的影响,为麦秆还田条件下棉花的氮肥运筹提供理论参考。于2023年采用裂区设计,以麦秆不还田(T0)与麦秆还田(T1)为主区,5种氮肥运筹为副区,即不施氮肥(F0)、常规施肥(F1:施用普通复合肥,花铃期追施尿素,基追比为6∶4)、减氮处理1(F2:较F1基肥和追肥都减氮20%)、施用控释尿素(F3:树脂包膜尿素,控释期为90 d)、减氮处理2(F4:较F3减氮20%)。分析了麦秆还田与氮肥运筹对棉花土壤氮素转化、棉田土壤氮库及其管理指数、棉花产量和棉花植株氮素吸收利用的影响。结果表明,麦秆还田和施用控释尿素会提高棉田土壤苗期和花铃期的土壤转化速率、吐絮期土壤总氮、可溶性总氮、铵态氮和硝态氮含量,同时提升了棉花各时期氮吸收量进而提高棉花产量。在施氮量为N 180 kg·hm-2的水平下,减氮会造成棉田土壤转化速率下降,吐絮期土壤总氮、可溶性总氮、铵态氮和硝态氮含量下降,各时期棉花氮吸收量下降,最终造成减产。麦秆还田配合控释尿素的施用能加速土壤养分转化,增加土壤有效养分含量,提高棉花氮吸收量,提升肥料利用效率,进而提高产量。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer management on soil nitrogen and cotton nitrogen uptake and utilization in cotton fields under the condition of straw return,and to provide a theoretical reference for the nitrogen fertilizer management in cotton under the condition of straw return,a split-zone design was adopted in 2023,with straw not returned to the field(T0)and straw returned to the field(T1)as the main zones,and five types of nitrogen fertilizer management as the subzone.The five types of nitrogen fertilizer management included no nitrogen fertilizer(F0),conventional fertilizer(F1:application of ordinary compound fertilizer,urea applied during the bolling period with base and chase ratio being 6∶4),nitrogen reduction treatment 1(F2:20% nitrogen reduction compared with F1 base fertilizer and chase fertilizer),and controlled-release urea(F3:resin-coated urea,with a 90-day controlled-release period),nitrogen reduction treatment 2(F4:20% nitrogen reduction compared to F3).The effects of straw returning to the field and nitrogen fertilizer management on cotton soil nitrogen transformation,cotton soil nitrogen pool and its management index,cotton yield and nitrogen uptake and utilization of cotton plants were analyzed.The results showed that straw return and controlled-release urea application increased the soil transformation rate at seedling and bolling stages,the total nitrogen content,total soluble nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen of soil at the flocculating stage,and also increased the nitrogen uptake of cotton at all stages of the cotton crop,thereby increasing the cotton yield.At the level of 180 kg·hm-2,the reduction of nitrogen caused a decrease in soil transformation rate,a decrease in total nitrogen content ,total soluble nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in the flocculent stage,and a decrease in nitrogen uptake of cotton in all periods,which ultimately led to a reduction in yield.The application of controlled-release urea in combination with straw return could accelerate soil nutrient transformation,increase soil available nutrient content,improve cotton nitrogen uptake,enhance fertilizer utilization efficiency,and then improve yield.
