生物有机肥对毛乌素沙地谷子及土壤质量的影响研究

    摘要:

    为探究生物有机肥在毛乌素沙地谷子种植及沙地培肥中的应用效果,设置不施肥(CK)、100%化肥(T1)、20%生物有机肥+80%化肥(T2)、20%生物有机肥基质+80%化肥(T3)、100%生物有机肥(T4)、20%有机肥+80%化肥(T5)共6个处理,对各处理下谷子农艺性状、产量及其构成因素、土壤养分及土壤微生物群落特征进行研究。结果表明,施肥处理对谷子农艺性状、产量及其构成因素均产生积极效应,其中生物有机肥与化肥配施的T2促生与增产效果最佳,产量为4197 kg/hm2,较CK和纯化肥的T1分别增大71%和32%。纯生物有机肥的T4增产效果不显著,但对土壤pH、有机质和养分的改善效果最佳,T2土壤有机质仅次于T4,其余养分指标也略小于T4。土壤微生物群落碳源代谢活性呈T4>T2>T3>T1>T5>CK的趋势,被优先利用的碳源均为氨基酸类,但生物有机肥施用促进了糖类和羧酸类的利用。生物有机肥施用也提高了土壤微生物群落多样性指数,表现为T2的Shannon指数和Simpson指数最大,T4的McIntosh指数最大。综上所述,本研究条件下生物有机肥与化肥配施是平衡毛乌素沙地土壤培肥和谷子产量的有效方法,研究结果可为促进沙区农业可持续发展和干旱区土壤改良提供科学参考。

    Abstract:

    To explore the effects of bio-organic fertilizer on millet [Setaria italica (L.) Beauv] cultivation and soil fertility improvement in the Mu Us sandy land,six treatments were established:no fertilization (CK),100% chemical fertilizer (T1),20% bio-organic fertilizer + 80% chemical fertilizer (T2),20% bio-organic fertilizer substrate + 80% chemical fertilizer (T3),100% bio-organic fertilizer (T4),and 20% organic fertilizer + 80% chemical fertilizer (T5).The study focused on millet agronomic traits,yield and its components,soil nutrients,and soil microbial community characteristics.The results showed that fertilization treatments had positive effects on millet agronomic traits,yield,and its components.Among them,T2 had the best growth and yield-promoting effects,with a yield of 4197 kg/hm2,increasing by 71% and 32%,compared to CK and T1,respectively.The yield increase effect of T4 was not significant,but it showed the best improvement in soil pH,organic matter,and nutrient content.The soil organic matter content in T2 was second only to T4,while other nutrient indices were slightly lower than those in T4.The carbon source metabolic activity of the soil microbial community showed a trend of T4>T2> T3>T1>T5>CK,with amino acids being the preferentially utilized substrates.However,the application of bio-organic fertilizer promoted the utilization of sugars and carboxylic acids.The application of bio-organic fertilizer also enhanced the diversity of soil microbial community,as indicated by the highest Shannon and Simpson indices in T2 and the highest McIntosh index in T4.Overall,the combined application of bio-organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer was an effective method for balancing soil fertility improvement and millet yield in the Mu Us sandy land under the conditions of this study.These results could provide scientific reference for effective crop cultivation and soil improvement in sandy areas.
