秸秆颗粒有机肥在水稻上的应用效果研究

    摘要:

    秸秆肥料化利用是秸秆综合利用的重要方式,应用秸秆纤维化促腐制肥处理技术制备秸秆有机肥,实现秸秆离田快速促腐处理和肥料化利用,是秸秆离田肥料化利用的一个有效途径。为明确秸秆颗粒有机肥(简称秸秆有机肥)的应用效果,开展水稻不同基肥(商品有机肥、有机缓释肥、秸秆有机肥)和穗肥(化肥)施用量的田间试验。肥效试验表明,秸秆有机肥替代商品有机肥作水稻基肥施用,可以起到提升土壤肥力的作用,有效提高土壤有机质、腐殖质含量,可维持较高的土壤速效钾积累,在减少化肥施用量的同时,达到作物高产稳产的效果。高用量秸秆有机肥处理(T5、T6)的土壤有机质含量分别比对照处理(T1)高17.67%、19.48%,腐殖质含量分别比对照处理(T1)高23.24%、20.47%;有机肥基施后土壤速效钾含量比对照处理(T1)高17.84%~47.89%;高用量秸秆有机肥处理(T6)和有机缓释肥处理(T7、T8)的产量比对照处理(T1)增5%以上;肥料投入效益测算表明,高用量秸秆有机肥处理(T6)的肥料投入产生了一定的经济效益。综合水稻稳产和化肥减量增效效果,水稻基施秸秆有机肥3600 kg/hm2+分蘖肥尿素225 kg/hm2、氯化钾112.5 kg/hm2+穗肥专用配方肥225 kg/hm2的“一基两追”施肥模式产量和效益较高。

    Abstract:

    The fertilizer utilization of straw is an important way of comprehensive management of straw. The application of straw fibrosis to promote decomposition and fertilizer production technology to prepare straw organic fertilizer,achieving rapid decomposition and fertilizer utilization of straw after leaving the field,is an effective way of fertilizer utilization of straw after leaving the field. To clarify the application effects of straw pellet organic fertilizer,field experiments were conducted in rice by the application of different base fertilizers(commercial organic fertilizer,organic slow-release fertilizer,straw organic fertilizer) and panicle fertilizers(chemical fertilizers) with different dosages. The results showed that straw organic fertilizers replacing commercial organic fertilizers as rice base fertilizers improved soil fertility,effectively increased soil organic matter and humus content,maintained high soil available potassium accumulation,and achieved high and stable crop yields while reducing chemical fertilizer application. Compared to the control treatment(T1),high dosage straw organic fertilizer treatments(T5,T6) caused a 17.67% and 19.48% increase in the soil organic matter content,23.24% and 20.47% increase in the humus content,respectively. Organic fertilizer application caused 17.84%-47.89% increase in the soil available potassium content compared to the control treatment(T1),while there was more than 5% increase in the yield of high-dose straw organic fertilizer treatment(T6) and organic slow-release fertilizer treatment(T7,T8) compared to the control treatment(T1). The calculation of fertilizer input efficiency demonstrated that the fertilizer input of high dosage straw organic fertilizer treatment(T6) generated certain economic benefits. Taking into account the effects of stable rice production and efficiency increase with reduced chemical fertilizers,the optimal fertilization model was named as “one base,two topdressing”,including 3600 kg/hm2 of straw organic fertilizer,225 kg/hm2 of tillering fertilizer urea,112.5 kg/hm2 of potassium chloride,and 225 kg/hm2 of ear specific fertilizer,which had higher yield and benefits.
