    摘要:

    玉米是我国重要的粮食作物之一,我国北方农牧交错带地区生态系统较为脆弱,化肥的大量施用不利于玉米种植的可持续发展。在河北省承德市围场满族蒙古族自治县进行了田间小区试验,设置不施肥空白、常规施化肥对照、有机肥替代化肥(等量的氮替代20%、40%和60%)和增施有机肥(15、30和45 t/hm2)共8个处理,探索了短期的不同比例有机肥替代化肥和增施有机肥处理对玉米产量、玉米植株和籽粒性状、土壤理化性质以及土壤原核生物和真菌群落的影响。结果发现,各有机肥替代处理和增施有机肥处理的产量与常规施化肥处理间没有显著差异,但是较高的有机替代比例有降低产量的趋势。有机替代20%处理的平均产量最高,但其土壤总磷含量显著低于常规施化肥。多数有机替代和增施有机肥的处理相比常规施化肥均有提高籽粒氮、磷、钾、粗蛋白和淀粉含量的效果。玉米秸秆性质在各处理间变化不大。增施有机肥相比其他处理显著提升了土壤总氮和速效钾的含量。有机肥的各处理均显著提升了土壤原核生物和真菌的属丰度,如Micromonospora 和 Chaetomium。另外,施用有机肥也显著提高了与有机质降解和氮循环相关的微生物类群丰度。土壤理化性质中总氮的含量与多个属的丰度具有较强且显著的正相关性。整体看来,有机肥的施用在短期内主要提升了土壤的养分利用率并改变了重要微生物的丰度,20%的替代比例为该试验地区有机替代的最优比例。在这个替代比例下,产量相比常规施肥没有出现降低的趋势,土壤和籽粒的养分指标也出现了显著提高。

    Abstract:

    Maize is one of the important grain crops in our country. The ecological environment in the northern pastoral-agricultural transitional zone of our country is relatively fragile,and the extensive use of chemical fertilizers is not conducive to the sustainable development of maize cultivation. A field experiment was conducted in Weichang Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County,Hebei Province. Eight treatments were set up,including no fertilization control,conventional chemical fertilizer application control,organic fertilizer substitution for chemical fertilizers(with nitrogen substitution rates of 20%,40% and 60%) treatments,and additional organic fertilizer application(15,30 and 45 t/hm2)treatments. The impact of short-term different ratios of organic fertilizer substitution for chemical fertilizers and additional organic fertilizer application on maize yield,maize plant and grain traits,soil physical and chemical properties,and soil prokaryotic and fungal communities were explored. The results showed no significant difference in yield between the organic substitution treatments and the conventional chemical fertilizer treatment,but there was a trend of decreasing yield with higher organic substitution ratios. The 20% organic substitution treatment had the highest average yield,but its soil total phosphorus content was significantly lower than that of the conventional chemical fertilizer treatment. Most of the organic substitution and additional organic fertilizer treatments had an effect on increasing grain nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,crude protein and starch content,compared to the conventional chemical fertilizer treatment. The properties of maize straw did not change significantly among treatments. Additional organic fertilizer application significantly increased the content of soil total nitrogen and available potassium,compared to other treatments. The various treatments with organic fertilizer significantly increased the abundance of some soil prokaryotic and fungal genera,such as Micromonospora and Chaetomium. Additionally,the application of organic fertilizer also significantly increased the abundance of some taxa related to organic matter degradation and nitrogen cycling. In the soil physical and chemical properties,the content of total nitrogen showed a strong and significant positive correlation with the abundance of several genera. Overall,the combined application of organic fertilizer mainly increased the utilization rate of soil nutrients and changed the abundance of some important microorganisms in the short term,and a 20% substitution ratio was the optimal organic substitution ratio for this experimental area. At this substitution ratio,the yield did not show a decreasing trend compared to conventional fertilization,and some nutrient indicators of soil and grains also showed significant improvements.
