    摘要:

    辣椒是一种重要的经济作物,其产量和品质深受施肥管理的影响。然而,不同辣椒品种对不同施肥处理的响应差异性及其机制尚不明确。通过系统分析不同施肥处理和品种对辣椒(Capsicum annuum L.)种植土壤中氮、磷、钾及有机质含量的影响,探讨其对辣椒生物量和品质(辣椒碱、辣椒红素含量)的调控作用。结果显示,施肥处理对土壤中主要养分含量的影响显著,尤其是氮含量,其在不同品种间和处理间的差异尤为突出。单生52在NPK单质肥和有机肥处理中的氮吸收效率显著高于其他处理,而黔椒8号在N减施中的磷吸收效率最佳。钾含量的变化较为复杂,但NPK单质肥和NPK单质肥有机肥混施处理显示出对部分品种更为有利的吸收条件。在辣椒的品质分析中,辣椒碱和辣椒红素含量受施肥处理和品种特性的共同影响。单生52在CK处理下的辣椒碱含量显著高于其他处理,表明适当的氮素供应对辣椒碱的合成具有促进作用。相比之下,黔椒8号在NPK单质肥配施中的辣椒红素含量最高,表明肥料的优化配比对于红素的积累至关重要。品种间的差异表明,不同基因型对相同的施肥条件具有不同的代谢响应机制,这需要在实践中进行精细化管理。不同辣椒品种对施肥处理表现出显著的养分吸收和代谢响应差异,需结合品种特性制定精细化施肥策略。优化肥料类型与配比可提高养分利用效率,改善果实风味和营养价值,为辣椒精准施肥及高效生产提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    Pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) is an important economic crop whose yield and quality are heavily influenced by fertilization management. However, varietal differences in response to different fertilization regimes and the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, we systematically analyzed the effects of five fertilization treatments-compound fertilizer (CK), single-element NPK fertilizer, NPK combined with organic fertilizer, reduced N, and increased N-across four pepper varieties. We measured soil total N, P, K and organic matter, and assessed plant biomass distribution and fruit quality (capsaicin and capsanthin contents). Results showed that fertilization significantly altered soil nutrient levels, especially nitrogen, with marked differences among varieties and treatments. Dan Sheng 52 exhibited the highest N-uptake efficiency under both NPK and organic fertilizer treatments, while Qian Jiao 8 achieved optimal P-uptake efficiency under reduced N. Potassium dynamics were complex, but the mixed NPK-organic fertilizer treatment promoted K uptake in certain varieties. Fruit-quality analysis revealed that capsaicin and capsanthin accumulation were jointly influenced by fertilization and genotype: Dan Sheng 52 under the CK treatment had significantly higher capsaicin than other treatments, indicating that adequate N supply promotes capsaicin synthesis; by contrast, Qian Jiao 8 receiving NPK fertilizer showed the highest capsanthin content, highlighting the critical role of optimized fertilizer ratios in pigment accumulation. Genotypic variation in metabolic responses under identical fertilization conditions underscores the need for precision management. Tailoring fertilizer type and ratio to varietal traits can enhance nutrient-use efficiency, improve fruit flavor and nutritional value, and provide a theoretical basis for precision fertilization and high-efficiency pepper production.
