    摘要:

    通过盆栽试验,探讨在长期连作棉田土壤中施加不同剂量的生物有机肥对棉花生长动态、土壤养分状况及土壤酶活性的综合影响。试验共设置5个处理:不施肥(对照,CK)、常规施肥(氮磷钾化肥,CF)、在常规施肥基础上分别基施10 g·kg-1(T1)、20 g·kg-1(T2)、30 g·kg-1(T3)的生物有机肥。结果表明:施用生物有机肥各处理较CF处理可显著促进棉花生长发育,提升不同时期的棉花株高、茎粗、叶片SPAD值,促进光合作用;与CF处理相比,T1、T2处理籽棉产量分别增加了42.02%、36.93%;T1、T2处理总根表面积、总根体积、根尖数、根质量与CF处理相比,分别提高了14.62%、52.88%、16.55%、13.55%和25.36%、23.48%、34.56%、7.10%;相较于CK及CF处理,施用不同剂量的生物有机肥对各生育阶段的土壤理化性质均有所改善,有机质及速效养分含量均随生物有机肥施用量的增加而升高,土壤酶活性也有不同程度地提升。综合来看,施用10~20 g·kg-1的生物有机肥对棉花生长及土壤环境优化效果最佳;显著提升土壤养分含量与供肥能力,并维持棉花叶片较高水平的叶绿素含量;促进植株生长,提高籽棉产量,在新疆具有较好的消减连作障碍和增产的效果。

    Abstract:

    A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the comprehensive effects of applying different doses of bio-organic fertilizers on cotton growth dynamics,soil nutrient status and soil enzyme activities in the soil of a long-term continuous cropping cotton field.Five treatments were set up in the experiment: no fertilizer(CK),conventional fertilizer(nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer,CF),and bio-organic fertilizer applied on the basis of conventional fertilizer at the rate of 10 g·kg-1(T1),20 g·kg-1(T2) and 30 g·kg-1(T3),respectively.The results showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer treatments significantly promoted the growth and development of cotton compared with CF treatment,enhanced cotton plant height,stem thickness,leaf SPAD at different periods,and promoted photosynthesis.Compared with CF treatment,seed cotton was yield increased by 42.02% and 36.93% in T1 and T2 treatments,respectively.Total root surface area,total root volume,number of root tips,root mass were increased by 14.62%,52.88%,16.55%,13.55% and 25.36%,23.48%,34.56%,7.10% in T1 and T2 treatments,respectively,compared with CF treatment.Compared with CK and CF treatments,the application of different doses of bio-organic fertilizers improved the soil physicochemical properties at all fertility stages,the organic matter content and available nutrients were increased with the increasing amount of bio-organic fertilizers,and the soil enzyme activities were also improved to different degrees.Comprehensively,the application of 10-20 g·kg-1 bio-organic fertilizer treatment had the best effect on cotton growth and soil environment optimization.It significantly improved the soil nutrient content and nutrient supplying capacity,and maintained a high level of chlorophyll content in cotton leaves;it promoted the plant growth and increased the seed cotton yield,and it has a better effect on reducing the continuous cropping obstacles and increasing the yield in Xinjiang.
