    摘要:

    为了探究有机肥与农用酵素配施在玉米生产上的应用效果,以‘五谷737’为试验材料,共设置5个处理: CK(不施肥)、YJ(单施有机肥)、JS1(有机肥+拔节期喷施农用酵素)、JS2(有机肥+灌浆期喷施农用酵素)和JS3(有机肥+拔节期和灌浆期均喷施农用酵素),比较其对土壤养分、玉米植株不同组织养分含量和玉米产量的影响。结果表明:(1)与CK处理相比,YJ处理使土壤全氮、有效磷、速效钾和有机质含量略有增加,配施农用酵素使这种增加效应进一步提升。其中,JS3处理可以显著提高土壤全氮和有效磷含量,JS2处理可以显著提高土壤速效钾和有机质含量;(2)与CK处理相比,JS3处理显著提高了玉米茎秆全氮和全磷含量,全钾含量显著降低。有机肥和农用酵素配施有利于提高茎秆氮含量;叶片组织中,有机肥和农用酵素配施有利于提高叶片全氮和全钾含量,其中JS3处理提高作用最显著。有机肥和农用酵素配施显著提高籽粒全氮含量,全钾含量显著降低。可见,有机肥和农用酵素配施有利于提高玉米不同组织氮含量;(3)JS2和JS3处理产量分别比YJ处理增加了44.71%和58.84%。综上所述,有机肥+拔节期和灌浆期均喷施农用酵素可有效改善土壤理化性质,提高玉米生产力。

    Abstract:

    The study aimed to investigate the effects of combined application of organic fertilizer and agricultural ferments on maize production,five treatments were conducted,including CK(no fertilizer),YJ(organic fertilizer),JS1(organic fertilizer+agricultural ferments spray at jointing stage),JS2(organic fertilizer+agricultural ferments spray at filling stage)and JS3(organic fertilizer+agricultural ferments spray at both jointing stage and filling stage),and their effects on soil physicochemical properties,nutrient content and yield of maize(Wugu 737)were compared. The results showed that:(1)Compared with CK,soil total nitrogen(N),available phosphorus(P),available potassium(K)and organic matter contents were increased under YJ treatment,and the addition of agricultural ferments enhanced the additive effect. JS3 treatment significantly improved the total N and available P content,while JS2 treatment improved the soil available K and organic matter content.(2)Compared with CK,JS3 treatment significantly improved N and P content in maize stem,but the K content was significantly reduced. The combination of organic fertilizer and agricultural ferments was beneficial to improve the N content of the stem. The combination of the organic fertilizer and agricultural ferments improved the total N and K content of leaves,and JS3 treatment showed an excellent improving effect. Combined application of organic fertilizer and agricultural ferments significantly increased N content and reduce K content of grains. Therefore,combination of organic fertilizer and agricultural ferments could improve the N uptake of maize tissues.(3)Grain yield increased by 44.71% and 58.84% under JS2 and JS3 treatments,respectively. In conclusion,the application of organic fertilizer+agricultural ferments at the jointing and filling period(JS3)could improve the physical and chemical properties of the soil and enhance the productivity of maize.
