配方施肥对苹果产量和果实品质的影响研究

    摘要:

    以‘秦脆’苹果为试验材料,在滴灌条件下设置氮(N)、磷(P2O5)、钾(K2O)、钙(CaO)和镁(MgO)五因素四水平正交试验L16(45),4个施用水平分别为各肥料原料基础用量的倍数,即0、0.5、1.0、1.5倍,并以试验地常规施肥为对照(CK),共17个处理。系统探究不同施肥组合对苹果产量和品质的影响,为滴灌栽培苹果提供施肥理论依据和技术参考。利用方差分析和主成分分析法对各配方施肥处理的产量和果实品质进行综合评价,通过极差分析得出N、P2O5、K2O、CaO和MgO肥的最佳施用配比。结果表明,不同配方施肥处理能显著提高‘秦脆’的产量和果实品质。不同配方施肥处理中,T13(N 360.00 kg/hm2、K2O 360.00 kg/hm2、CaO 49.00 kg/hm2、MgO 15.00 kg/hm2)处理的产量最高,为70.36 t/hm2,其后依次为T7(N 120.00 kg/hm2、P2O5 195.00 kg/hm2、K2O 360.00 kg/hm2、MgO 7.50 kg/hm2)和T6(N 120.00 kg/hm2、P2O5 97.50 kg/hm2、CaO 147.00 kg/hm2、MgO 15.00 kg/hm2)处理,分别较CK处理增产24.69和20.42 t/hm2。主成分分析结果表明,T2(P2O5 97.50 kg/hm2、K2O 120.00 kg/hm2、CaO 49.00 kg/hm2、MgO 7.50 kg/hm2)处理对还原糖含量和去皮硬度的提高有较强作用,其还原糖含量为48.87 mg/g,去皮硬度为4.16 kg/cm2;T5(N 120.00 kg/hm2、K2O 120.00 kg/hm2、CaO 98.00 kg/hm2、MgO 22.50 kg/hm2)处理对可滴定酸含量和产量的提高有较强作用,其可滴定酸含量为0.22%,产量为55.21 t/hm2;T6处理对可溶性糖含量、还原糖含量和维生素C(Vc)含量的提高有较强作用,其含量分别为14.84%、51.34 mg/g、8.54 mg/100 g;T7处理对总花青素含量和单果质量的提高有较强作用,其总花青素含量为0.13 mg/g,单果质量为255.27 g;T15(N 360.00 kg/hm2、P2O5 195.00 kg/hm2、K2O 120.00 kg/hm2、CaO 147.00 kg/hm2)处理对Vc含量和总蛋白质含量的提高有较强作用,其含量分别为5.14 mg/100 g、131.41 mg/g。不同配方施肥处理对果实产量和品质综合评价最高的为T6处理,说明在所有施肥组合中T6处理对增产、改善和提升果实品质方面具有较好的综合效果。

    Abstract:

    Using ‘QinCui’ apple as the test material,a five-factor [nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P2O5),potassium(K2O),calcium(CaO)and magnesium(MgO)]four-level orthogonal experiment L16(45)was conducted under drip-irrigation. The four application levels were set as multiples(0,0.5,1.0,and 1.5 times)of the baseline fertilization rate for each fertilizer, with conventional field fertilization serving as the control(CK),totaling 17 treatments. This study systematically investigated the effects of different fertilization combinations on apple yield and quality. The aim was to provide theoretical and technical references for fertilization in drip-irrigated apple cultivation. A comprehensive evaluation of yield and fruit quality under various fertilization treatments was conducted using variance analysis and principal component analysis(PCA). The optimal fertilization ratios of N,P2O5,K2O,CaO and MgO were determined through range analysis. The results showed that different fertilization treatments significantly improved the yield and quality of ‘QinCui’ apples. The highest yield was observed in T13 (N 360.00 kg/hm2,K2O 360.00 kg/hm2,CaO 49.00 kg/hm2,MgO 15.00 kg/hm2)treatment,reaching 70.36 t/hm2,followed by T7 (N 120.00 kg/hm2,P2O5 195.00 kg/hm2,K2O 360.00 kg/hm2,MgO 7.50 kg/hm2)and T6 (N 120.00 kg/hm2,P2O5 97.50 kg/hm2,CaO 147.00 kg/hm2,MgO 15.00 kg/hm2)treatments,with yield increases of 24.69 and 20.42 t/hm2,respectively,compared to CK. PCA results indicated that the T2 (P2O5 97.50 kg/hm2,K2O 120.00 kg/hm2,CaO 49.00 kg/hm2,MgO 7.50 kg/hm2)treatment significantly enhanced the reducing sugar content(48.87 mg/g)and peeled firmness(4.16 kg/cm2). T5 (N 120.00 kg/hm2,K2O 120.00 kg/hm2,CaO 98.00 kg/hm2,MgO 22.50 kg/hm2)treatment significantly improved titratable acid content(0.22%)and yield(55.21 t/hm2). T6 treatment showed strong effects on increasing soluble sugar content(14.84%),reducing sugar content(51.34 mg/100 g),and vitamin C(Vc)content(8.54 mg/100 g). T7 treatment significantly improved total anthocyanin content(0.13 mg/g)and single fruit weight(255.27 g). T15 (N 360.00 kg/hm2,P2O5 195.00 kg/hm2,K2O 120.00 kg/hm2,CaO 147.00 kg/hm2)demonstrated significant effects on increasing Vc content(5.14 mg/100 g)and total protein content(131.41 mg/g). Among the treatments,the comprehensive evaluation of fruit yield and quality was the highest in T6 treatment,indicating that T6 treatment had the best overall effect on increasing yield and improving fruit quality among all fertilization combinations.
