套种绿肥对喀斯特山地黄壤区柑橘园土壤肥力及柑橘品质的影响

Effects of intercropping with green manure on soil fertility and citrus quality of citrus orchards in the yellow loam area of karst mountains

    摘要:

    长期过量施用化肥导致的柑橘树发育不良、土壤有机质含量降低、土壤板结与酸化等问题,严重影响贵州喀斯特山地黄壤区柑橘产业可持续发展。以‘爱媛38号’柑橘园为研究对象,采用田间试验方法,以清耕为对照(CK),研究在柑橘林间套种花生(PNT)、红豆(REB)、黑豆(BLB)、黄豆(SOB)等4种绿肥对贵州喀斯特山地柑橘园土壤pH值、有机质和养分含量、酶活性、土壤综合肥力及柑橘果实品质的影响,并分析柑橘果实品质指标与土壤环境因子之间的相关性。结果表明:套种绿肥能提高柑橘园土壤pH值,有效缓解土壤酸化,还能提高土壤有机质、碱解氮和速效钾含量,增加土壤酶活性,显著提高土壤综合肥力,进而提升果实品质。与CK相比,BLB、PNT处理土壤pH值分别显著提高了27.64%、12.88%,SOB处理土壤有机质、有效磷、碱解氮和速效钾含量分别显著提高了22.53%、27.04%、32.02%和55.87%,BLB处理土壤过氧化氢酶、脲酶活性分别显著提高了39.70%、121.19%,而REB处理的土壤蔗糖酶活性及PNT处理的土壤酸性磷酸酶活性分别提高了50.85%和56.90%。REB处理的柑橘果实可食率、果汁率最高,分别提高了5.32%、7.29%;PNT、REB和SOB处理的柑橘果实维生素C、可溶性固形物含量分别提高9.38%~15.63%、7.07%~12.89%。各处理土壤综合肥力表现为REB>PNT>BLB>SOB>CK。相关性分析结果表明,柑橘果实品质指标与土壤环境因子之间呈显著或极显著相关关系,柑橘品质高低会受到土壤pH值、有机质、养分含量及酶活性等土壤环境因子的直接或间接影响。冗余分析结果表明,影响柑橘果实关键品质的土壤环境因子分别为土壤蔗糖酶活性、速效钾含量和过氧化氢酶活性。综上,套种绿肥均能有效改善柑橘园土壤肥力水平,促进土壤养分供应,提高土壤酶活性,进而增加柑橘果实品质,其中REB(红豆)效果最好,可优先作为贵州喀斯特山地黄壤区柑橘园套种绿肥品种。

    Abstract:

    Long-term excessive application of chemical fertilizers has led to problems such as stunting of citrus trees,reduction of soil organic matter content,soil compaction and acidification,which have seriously affected the sustainable development of the citrus industry in the yellow loam area of the Karst mountains of Guizhou.Using the ‘Aiyuan 38’ citrus orchard as the research object,a field experiment was conducted to study the effects of four kinds of green fertilizers,including peanut (PNT),red bean (REB),black bean (BLB),and soybean (SOB) on soil pH,organic matter and nutrient contents,enzyme activity,and soil composite fertilization of the citrus orchard in the karst mountainous area of Guizhou,using no green manure intercropping as the control,and the correlations between citrus fruit quality indicators and soil environmental factors were analyzed.The results showed that intercropping with green manure treatments improved the soil pH of citrus orchard,effectively alleviated soil acidification,and also improved soil organic matter,alkaline dissolved nitrogen and available potassium content,increased soil enzyme activity,significantly improved the comprehensive soil fertility,and then enhanced fruit quality.Compared with CK,BLB and PNT treatments significantly increased soil pH by 27.64% and 12.88%,respectively.The soil organic matter,effective phosphorus,alkaline dissolved nitrogen and available potassium content in SOB treatment were significantly increased by 22.53%,27.04%,32.02% and 55.87%,respectively.The soil catalase and urease activities in BLB treatment were significantly increased by 39.70% and 121.19%,respectively.Whereas,soil sucrase activity in REB treatment and soil acid phosphatase activity in PNT treatment increased by 50.85% and 56.90%,respectively.The highest edible rate and juice rate of citrus fruits in REB treatment increased by 5.32% and 7.29%,respectively;vitamin C and soluble solids content of citrus fruits in PNT,REB and SOB treatments increased by 9.38%-15.63%,7.07%-12.89%,respectively.The comprehensive soil fertility of each treatment was REB>PNT>BLB>SOB>CK.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant or extremely significant correlation between citrus fruit quality indicators and soil environmental factors,and the formation of citrus quality was directly or indirectly affected by soil environmental factors such as soil pH,organic matter,nutrient content and enzyme activity.The results of redundancy analysis showed that the soil environmental factors affecting the key quality of citrus fruits were soil sucrase activity,available potassium content and catalase activity.In conclusion,green manure could effectively improve the soil fertility level of citrus orchards,promote the supply of soil nutrients,stimulate soil enzyme activity,and then improve the quality of citrus fruits,among which REB (red bean) had the best effect and could be prioritized as a green manure variety for citrus orchards in the yellow loam area of the Karst mountains in Guizhou.
