    摘要:

    磷资源的有限性和磷在土壤中的难移动性,使粮食和人口之间的供需关系更加紧张。腐植酸含有丰富的官能团,通过络合土壤中的金属离子与磷、在矿物表面产生位阻减少磷吸附、直接参与植物吸收磷的代谢过程以及参与微生物介导的磷吸收等过程间接参与植物吸收磷,对提高磷在土壤中的有效性和作物磷吸收能力具有一定意义。然而,腐植酸在土壤磷活化和高效利用中的作用机制研究仍面临挑战,需要进一步探讨腐植酸不同官能团结构的功能差异如何影响磷的解吸和活性。通过简述腐植酸在提高石灰性和酸性土壤中磷有效性以及作物高效利用磷肥方面的研究,提出未来关于腐植酸提高磷肥利用率方面研究的建议,为磷肥高效利用提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The limited availability of phosphorus resources and its low mobility in soil exacerbated the supply-demand relationship between food production and population growth. Humic acid,which contained a variety of functional groups,could enhance phosphorus availability in soil and crop phosphorus uptake through several mechanisms. These included complexing metal ions with phosphorus in the soil,reducing phosphorus adsorption by steric hindrance on mineral surfaces,directly participating in the metabolic processes of plant phosphorus absorption,and indirectly promoting phosphorus uptake through microbial mediation. These processes were crucial for improving phosphorus availability in soil and enhancing crop phosphorus absorption. However,the mechanisms by which humic acid activated soil phosphorus and improves its efficient utilization still face challenges. For example,further research was needed to explore how the structural differences of various functional groups in humic acid affect phosphorus desorption and activity. This review outlined research on the role of humic acid in enhancing phosphorus availability in both alkaline and acidic soils and improving crop efficiency in utilizing phosphorus fertilizers. It also offered suggestions for future research on improving phosphorus fertilizer use efficiency with humic acid,providing a theoretical basis for innovations in efficient phosphorus fertilizers.
