    摘要:

    探究了长期施用氮、磷肥对土壤呼吸组分特征和碳平衡的影响,可为农田提高固碳效率提供参考。田间试验于2017 年设置,采用随机区组试验设计,以春小麦为供试作物,设置4 个处理,分别为对照(CK,不施肥)、施氮肥(N,N 115 kg·hm-2)、施磷肥(P,P2O5 115 kg·hm-2)、氮磷配施(NP,N 和P2O5 各115 kg·hm-2),采用静态箱- 气相色谱仪法测算2021 和2023 年生育期内土壤呼吸排放特征,探讨土壤酶和微生物量碳等因子与土壤呼吸的关系,分析氮、磷肥施用的土壤碳平衡。结果表明,在2 个生长季中,春小麦生育期内各处理土壤呼吸、自养呼吸随时间呈双峰趋势,异养呼吸呈单峰趋势,均在开花期最大,2021 和2023 年表现为NP 处理(6405.12 和6150.27 kg·hm-2)>P 处理(5667.53 和5423.97 kg·hm-2)>N 处理(5626.58 和4630.82kg·hm-2)>CK 处理(4366.67 和4128.29 kg·hm-2)。与土壤水分相比,土壤温度能较好地解释土壤呼吸速率的变化(53.6% ~ 68.1%)。随机森林和结构方程模型表明土壤有效磷、有机碳、微生物量碳、多酚氧化酶和纤维二糖水解酶是土壤呼吸的主要影响因子。各处理生态系统碳平衡均大于0,表现为土壤碳的“汇”,在陇中黄土高原旱作农田中NP 处理的固碳潜力最优。综上所述,氮、磷肥施用对旱地土壤碳排放和农业生态系统碳中和具有显著的影响。

    Abstract:

    In this paper,the effects of long-term application of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizers on soil respiration component characteristics and carbon balance were explored,which could provide a reference for improving the carbon sequestration efficiency of farmland. The field experiment was set up in 2017,using a randomized block experimental design,with spring wheat as the test crop,and four treatments,namely control(CK,no fertilization),nitrogen fertilizer(N,N 115 kg·hm-2),phosphate fertilizer application( P,P2O5 115 kg·hm-2),and combined nitrogen and phosphorus application(NP,N 115 kg·hm-2 and P2O5 115 kg·hm-2),and the characteristics of soil respiration and emission during the growth period of 2021 and 2023 were measured by static box-gas chromatograph. The relationship between soil enzymes and microbial biomass carbon and soil respiration was investigated,and the soil carbon balance of nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer application was analyzed. The results showed that in the two growing seasons,soil respiration and autotrophic respiration showed a bimodal trend with time,and heterotrophic respiration showed a unimodal trend during the growth period of spring wheat,which was the largest at the flowering stage,the results in 2021 and 2023 were as follows:NP trentment(6405.12 and 6150.27 kg·hm-2)> P trentment(5667.53 and 5423.97 kg·hm-2)>N trentment(5626.58 and 4630.82 kg·hm-2)>CK trentment(4366.67 and 4128.29 kg·hm-2). Compared with soil moisture,soil temperature could better explain the change of soil respiration rate(53.6%-68.1%),and random forest and structural equation models showed that soil available phosphorus,organic carbon,microbial biomass carbon,polyphenol oxidase and cellobiophilia hydrolase were the main influencing factors of soil respiration. The carbon balance of each treatment ecosystem was greater than 0,which was manifested as a“ sink” of soil carbon,and the carbon sequestration potential of NP treatment was the best in the dryland farmland of the Loess Plateau in Longzhong. In general,nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer application had a significant impact on soil carbon emissions and carbon neutrality of agroecosystems in drylands.
