    摘要:

    为掌握河北滨海盐碱区设施土壤质量优劣并分析其影响因素,以位于河北沧州的黄骅市、海兴县和唐山市的乐亭县、滦南县、丰南区、曹妃甸区的129 个设施大棚为研究对象,通过调查样点基本信息和采集土壤样品开展分析测试,所得数据先采用主成分分析方法进行分析,后综合各指标综合载荷值的大小及其之间的相关性,建立最小数据集(MDS),将土壤质量指标标准化后计算土壤质量指数(SQI)进行土壤质量分级与评价。结果表明:(1)开展河北省滨海盐碱区设施土壤质量评价的MDS 包括土壤碱解氮含量、可溶性盐含量、容重、真菌丰度和速效钾含量,按SQI 大小将土壤质量分为五级,其中Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级土壤样点有52.72%,Ⅲ级土壤样点有28.68%,Ⅳ级、Ⅴ级土壤样点占18.60%,土壤质量整体较好;(2)从区域来看,滦南、乐亭、丰南土壤质量较好,黄骅、曹妃甸土壤质量较差,海兴土壤质量差异较大。造成不同区域间土壤质量差异的主要MDS 指标是土壤容重和土壤可溶性盐含量,耕作方式及用养模式是影响土壤容重变化的主要因素。(3)主要考虑的影响土壤质量的因素有种植制度、耕作方式、施肥和灌溉4 个方面,黄骅和海兴因灌溉水矿化度高而导致土壤含盐量普遍较高,土壤质量较低。涉及研究区域氮、磷肥投入量过大,导致土壤有效磷严重过量,存在潜在环境风险。(4)随着设施种植年限的增加土壤细菌丰度大幅度下降,真菌丰度先减小后增加,种植年限在11 ~ 15 年期间的设施大棚真菌丰度最低,真菌丰度会随着土壤可溶性盐含量的增加而降低,真菌比细菌容易受到盐分的抑制。

    Abstract:

    In order to master the quality of soil facilities in Hebei Binhai saline-alkali area and analyze its influencing factors,129 greenhouses of facilities were selected as the research objects,which located in Huanghua county and Haixing county in Cangzhou city,and Leting county,Luanan county,Fengnan district and Caofeidian district in Tangshan city,Hebei province. The basic information of sample points and soil samples were investigated and analyzed. The obtained data were analyzed by principal component analysis method,and then the values of cormbined load values of various indicators and their correlation were combined. The minimum data set(MDS)was established,and the soil quality index(SQI)was calculated after the soil quality index was standardized for soil quality classification and evaluation. The results showed that:(1)The MDS used to evaluate the soil quality of facilities in coastal saline-alkali areas of Hebei province included soil alkaline hydrolytic nitrogen content,soluble salt content,bulk density,fungal abundance and available potassium coutent.The soil quality was divided into five levels according to SQI,of which 52.72% soil samples were in grade I and II,and 28.68% were in grade III soil samples,while grade Ⅳ and Ⅴ soil samples accounted for 18.60%,and the overall soil quality was good.(2)From the regional perspective,the soil quality in Luanan,Leting and Fengnan was good,the soil quality in Huanghua and Caofeidian was poor,and the soil quality in Haixing was significantly different. The main MDS indexes that caused the difference of soil quality between different regions were soil bulk density and soil soluble salt content. The tillage method and cultivation mode were the main factors affecting soil bulk density change.(3)This paper mainly considered four factors affecting soil quality,namely planting system,tillage method,fertilization and irrigation. Huanghua and Haixing had generally high soil salt content and low soil quality due to high salinity of irrigation water. It involved excessive nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer input in the study area,resulting in serious excess of soil available phosphorus,which had potential environmental risks.(4)With the increase of planting years,the abundance of soil bacteria decreased significantly,and the abundance of fungi first decreased and then increased. The abundance of fungi in greenhouse facilities during the planting years of 10-15 years was the lowest,and the abundance of fungi would decrease with the increase of soil salt concentration,and fungi were more susceptible to salt inhibition than bacteria.
