    摘要:

    为明确配施酸性土壤改良剂对红壤活性铝形态及甜玉米铝吸收的影响,通过盆栽试验,设置空白对照(CK)、单施化肥(F)、化肥配施有机肥(OMF)和化肥配施牡蛎壳粉(OSF)4 个处理。结果表明:(1)配施改良剂显著降低了甜玉米植株地上部和地下部的铝含量,分别降低15.54%~39.61% 和24.48%~36.72%;同时,植株干物质量分别提高28.97%~35.24% 和66.52%~83.26%。(2)配施改良剂显著降低了红壤中交换态铝、有机结合态铝及腐殖酸铝的含量,尤其是交换态铝,其降幅达88.55%~97.84%。(3)土壤pH 提高25.61%~40.76%,交换性酸含量降低77.47%~95.07%,且差异均达显著水平;(4)土壤细菌群落结构发生显著变化,Chao1、ACE 和Shannon指数分别提高16.85%~33.30%、16.75%~33.53% 和5.38%~8.45%;并增加了鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)和芽单胞菌属(Gemmatimonas)等细菌丰度。综上所述,在强酸性红壤中配施有机肥或牡蛎壳粉能显著控铝抑酸,有效减少甜玉米植株铝的吸收;其中,有机肥更有助于提高土壤细菌群落多样性,而牡蛎壳粉则更有利于缓解红壤酸化。

    Abstract:

    To evaluate the impact of acidic amendments on the active aluminum forms in red soil and aluminum absorption by sweet corn,a pot experiment was conducted with four treatments:blank control(CK),single chemical fertilizer(F),chemical fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer( OMF),and chemical fertilizer combined with oyster shell powder( OSF).The results showed as the following:(1)The application of amendments significantly reduced the aluminum content in both aerial and root parts of sweet corn plants,with reductions of 15.54%-39.61% and 24.48%-36.72%,respectively;Concurrently,plant dry biomass increased by 28.97%-35.24% in the aerial part and 66.52%-83.26% in the root part.(2)The amendments significantly decreased the levels of exchangeable aluminum,organically bound aluminum,and humic-bound aluminum in red soil,especially exchangeable aluminum,with a decrease of 88.55%-97.84%.(3)Soil pH increased by 25.61%-40.76%,while the exchangeable acidity decreased by 77.47%-95.07%,with all differences being statistically significant;(4)The soil bacterial community structure changed significantly,with Chao1,ACE and Shannon indices increasing by 16.85%-33.30%,16.75%-33.53% and 5.38%-8.45%,respectively. Furthermore,the abundance of Sphingomonas and Gemmatimonas increased. In conclusion,the application of organic fertilizer or oyster shell powder in highly acidic red soil effectively mitigated aluminum toxicity and reduced aluminum absorption by sweet corn plants. Among these treatments,organic fertilizer was more effective in enhancing soil bacterial diversity,while oyster shell powder was more beneficial for alleviating soil acidification.
