Effects of microbial fertilizers and soil conditioners on the growth,quality,and rhizosphere soil fertility of Polygonatum sibiricum

    摘要:

    为探究有机肥配施生物菌肥和土壤调理剂及其施用量对药用植物黄精生长发育、产量品质及根际土壤的影响,在山地田间开展试验,设置对照单施有机肥、有机肥配施生物菌肥、有机肥配施土壤调理剂、有机肥配施3 种不同施用量的生物菌肥+ 土壤调理剂6 个试验处理,研究不同施肥处理对黄精农艺性状、物质积累、药用成分、产量和根际土壤养分的影响。结果表明,配施生物菌肥和土壤调理剂的处理组均优于单施有机肥的对照组,联合施肥能提高黄精株高、地径、叶面积和叶片数,有效提高根际土壤质量,增加根茎物质积累,根茎干重最高提高了83.26%,黄精主效成分黄精多糖提高了4.86% ~ 24.49%,产量提高了5.32% ~ 29.39%。综合分析,以有机肥为基肥添加生物菌肥、土壤调理剂可以有效提高黄精品质,增加黄精种植收益,其中施用量以有机肥37500kg/hm2 配施1500 kg/hm2 生物菌肥和1200 kg/hm2 土壤调理剂处理的效果最好。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the effects of organic fertilizer combined with microbial fertilizers and soil conditioners,as well as their application rates,on the growth,yield,quality,and rhizosphere soil of the medicinal plant Polygonatum sibiricum,field experiments were conducted in mountainous areas. Six treatments were set up: a control group with only organic fertilizer,organic fertilizer combined with microbial fertilizers,organic fertilizer combined with soil conditioners,and organic fertilizer combined with three different application rates of microbial fertilizers + soil conditioners. The study examined the effects of different fertilization treatments on the agronomic traits,biomass accumulation,medicinal components,yield,and rhizosphere soil nutrients of Polygonatum sibiricum. The results showed that the treatment groups with combined application of microbial fertilizers and soil conditioners outperformed the control group with only organic fertilizer. Combined fertilization promoted plant height,ground diameter,leaf area,and leaf number,effectively improved rhizosphere soil quality,increased rhizome biomass accumulation,with the highest dry weight of rhizomes increasing by 83.26%. The main active component,polysaccharides,increased by 4.86% to 24.49%,and the yield improved by 5.32%-29.39%.Comprehensive analysis indicated that adding microbial fertilizers and soil conditioners to organic fertilizer as a base fertilizer could effectively enhance the quality of Polygonatum sibiricum and increase planting profits. Among the treatments,the best comprehensive effect was achieved with an application rate of 37500 kg/hm2 organic fertilizer combined with 1500 kg/hm2 microbial fertilizers and 1200 kg/hm2 soil conditioners.
