    摘要:

    如何在保留肥效与微生物品质前提下,快速降低蚯蚓粪肥的含水量,是蚯蚓粪有机肥生产应用过程中面临的重要难题。选取了纯牛粪与牛粪+ 秸秆转化后的蚯蚓粪肥为研究对象,以5 种环境干燥温度(25、35、45、55、65℃)对蚯蚓粪肥进行干燥试验,探究了不同干燥温度对蚯蚓粪肥的养分、腐殖化组分和微生物等指标的影响。结果表明:干燥温度对蚯蚓粪肥pH 影响不显著,对电导率影响显著;干燥温度在35℃时,两种蚯蚓粪肥的微生物总量达到最高,分别为9.92×106 和1.11×107 N/mL;牛粪蚯蚓粪肥和牛粪秸秆蚯蚓粪肥的磷、钾含量随着干燥温度的升高无显著差异;35℃干燥条件下蚯蚓粪肥腐殖化程度最佳,当温度超过35℃,胡敏酸含量显著降低;综合评价结果表明,35℃是干燥蚯蚓粪肥的最佳温度;总真菌数、电导率、碱解氮、总放线菌数、胡敏酸、总细菌数、总氮7 个指标受温度影响显著。研究结果对蚯蚓粪肥的干燥储藏和品质控制有重要意义。

    Abstract:

    To facilitate the transportation and storage of earthworm manure,how to rapidly reduce its water content while retaining its fertilizer and microbial content is a significant problem confronted by the earthworm composting industry.In this research,earthworm manure transformed from pure cow manure and cow manure + straw was selected as the study object,and drying experiments were carried out on earthworm manure at five environmental drying temperatures(25,35,45,55,65℃)to investigate the influences of different drying temperatures on the comprehensive quality of earthworm manure,such as nutrients,humification components,and microbial indicators.The findings demonstrated that temperature had no substantial effect on the pH of earthworm manure,but had a significant impact on the EC value.When the drying temperature was 35℃,the total microbial content of the two types of earthworm manure reached the peak,which were 9.92×106 and 1.11×107 N/mL,respectively.There was no significant difference in the phosphorus and potassium content of cow manure-earthworm manure and cow manure-straw-earthworm manure with the increasing of drying temperature.The total available nutrient content of cow manure-straw-earthworm manure dried at 35℃ was higher than that of other groups.The humification degree of earthworm manure was the best at 35℃,and the humic acid content decreased significantly when the temperature was higher than 35℃.The comprehensive evaluation results indicated that 35℃ was the optimal drying temperature for earthworm manure.The seven indicators of total fungus number,conductivity,alkaline nitrogen,total actinomyces number,humic acid,total bacteria number,and total nitrogen were significantly affected by temperature and should be given attention during the drying process.The results of this study have significant implications for the dry storage and quality control of earthworm manure.
