    摘要:

    为了准确评价不同施氮措施下棉田土壤质量特征,探究施氮对土壤质量与棉花产量的影响,以江西省赣北连作棉田为研究对象,于2021—2023年设置不施氮处理(CK)、常规施氮处理(CF)、减氮处理(M1)、减氮并配施有机肥处理(M2),测定施氮处理的16项土壤物理、化学、生物学指标,利用主成分分析法构建土壤最小数据集,评价土壤质量状况并进行效果验证,选取土壤质量、棉花产量及产量稳定性协同提升的施氮措施。结果表明,棉田土壤质量评价最小数据集由土壤容重、全磷、硝态氮、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾含量与碳氮比7个指标构成,评价指标简化率为56.25%。基于最小数据集计算的土壤质量指数与全数据集土壤质量指数呈显著正相关(R2=0.8418,P<0.05),CF、M1、M2处理基于最小数据集的土壤质量指数分别为0.57、0.39、0.64。同为减施氮肥20%条件下,配施10%总氮量有机肥可通过提高单株铃数、单铃重与衣分的方式显著提高籽棉产量,在保持相同产量可持续性水平上显著提升棉花产量稳定性。综上所述,最小数据集可用于不同施氮措施下土壤质量的评价,在简化56.25%总指标基础上达到良好的评价效果;减少20%当地常规施氮量、配施10%总氮量有机肥在保持土壤质量水平基础上有效提升棉花产量与产量稳定性,可作为长江流域赣北棉区最佳施氮措施。

    Abstract:

    In order to accurately evaluate the soil quality characteristics of cotton fields under different nitrogen application measures,and explore the effect of nitrogen application on soil quality and cotton yield,taking the continuous cropping cotton field in northern Jiangxi Province as the research object,four treatments were set up from 2021 to 2023,including no nitrogen control(CK),conventional nitrogen application(CF),nitrogen reduction(M1)and nitrogen reduction with organic fertilizer application(M2). Sixteen soil physical,chemical and biological indicators of nitrogen application treatment were determined,and the principal component analysis method was used to construct the minimum soil dataset,evaluate the soil quality and verify the effect,and the nitrogen application measures that synergistically improve soil quality,cotton yield and yield stability were selected. The results showed that the minimum dataset of cotton field soil quality evaluation was composed of seven indicators,including soil bulk density,total phosphorus,nitrate nitrogen,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium content and C/N ratio,and the simplified rate of evaluation indicators was 56.25%. The soil quality index calculated based on the minimum soil dataset was significantly positively correlated with the soil quality index of the whole dataset(R2=0.8418,P<0.05),and the soil quality indexes of CF,M1 and M2 treatments based on the minimum dataset were 0.57,0.39 and 0.64,respectively. Under the same condition of reducing nitrogen fertilizer by 20%,applying organic fertilizer containing 10% total nitrogen significantly improved the seed cotton yield by increasing the number of bolls per plant,boll weight per boll and lint percentage,and significantly improved the stability of cotton yield at the same yield sustainability level. In conclusion,the minimum dataset could be used for the evaluation of soil quality under different nitrogen application measures,achieving a good evaluation effect on the basis of simplifying the total index of 56.25%;Reducing the local conventional nitrogen application by 20% and applying organic fertilizer containing 10% total nitrogen could effectively improve the performance and stability of cotton yield on the basis of maintaining the soil quality level,which could be used as the best nitrogen application measure in northern Jiangxi cotton region in the Yangtze River Basin.
