Effects of green manure rotation combined with slow-release fertilizer on tobacco growth and soil properties

    摘要:

    旨在评估烤烟-绿肥轮作制度下,施用缓释氮肥、缓释钾肥对烤烟及土壤的影响,探索烤烟优质生产土壤及养分管理优化手段。设置田间小区试验,以冬闲、烤烟常规施肥为对照,以光叶紫花苕、油菜为供试绿肥,研究其种植翻压后配施减量30%的缓释氮肥和缓释钾肥下烤烟的农艺性状、产量、产值、上等烟比例及品质,分析植烟土壤理化性状及碳、氮、磷养分转化相关酶活性。研究结果表明,相比常规施肥处理,光叶紫花苕配施缓释氮肥下烤烟均价和产值分别提高7.5%和8.8%;配施缓释钾肥下的烤烟产量、上等烟比例、均价和产值分别提高6.1%、5.8%、15.1%和21.8%。油菜配施缓释氮肥下的烤烟均价和产值分别提高7.8%和6.0%;配施缓释钾肥下的烤烟产量、上等烟比例、均价和产值分别提高8.6%、6.7%、6.2%和15.2%。其中光叶紫花苕配施缓释钾肥处理产值最高,达9.55万元/hm2;烤烟的农艺性状和品质也明显改善,株高、有效叶数和最大叶宽均显著提高,光叶紫花苕和油菜配施缓释氮肥下的烟碱含量分别降低18.0%和18.2%,光叶紫花苕配施缓释氮肥下的氯离子和钾离子分别降低和提高24.0%和7.8%;光叶紫花苕和油菜配施缓释钾肥下的烟碱含量分别降低18.0%和20.4%,油菜配施缓释钾肥下的氯离子降低8.0%,光叶紫花苕配施缓释钾肥下的钾离子提高15.4%。绿肥轮作配施缓释氮、钾肥改善了土壤养分性状,提高了土壤碳、氮、磷和氧化还原水解酶活性,降低了土壤微生物代谢氮限制。种植翻压绿肥配施缓释氮、钾肥,土壤速效钾、铵态氮和硝态氮含量得到明显改善,其中光叶紫花苕配施缓释氮肥分别提高8.3%和37.3%;油菜配施缓释氮肥分别提高13.6%和40.0%,光叶紫花苕配施缓释钾肥分别提高3.9%和44.6%;油菜配施缓释钾肥分别提高7.2%和47.5%。油菜配施缓释钾肥处理下土壤微生物代谢碳限制降低5.1%、氮限制降低8.3%。因此,与冬闲、常规施肥相比,种植翻压绿肥配施缓释氮肥和钾肥能够提高烤烟产量、均价、烤烟性状和品质,同时还可提高土壤碳、氮、磷及氧化还原酶活性,降低土壤微生物代谢氮限制,且以光叶紫花苕或油菜配施缓释钾肥综合效果最佳,可在云南省烟区推广应用。

    Abstract:

    This study aimed to evaluate the effects of slow-release nitrogen fertilizer and slow-release potassium fertilizer on flue-cured tobacco and soil under the flue-cured tobacco-green manure system,and to explore the optimization methods of high-quality production soil and nutrient management for flue-cured tobacco.A field plot experiment was set up,with winter fallow and conventional fertilization of flue-cured tobacco as controls,and smooth vetch and rapeseed as test green manures.The agronomic traits,yield,output value,proportion of superior tobacco and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied under the application of slow-release nitrogen fertilizer and slow-release potassium fertilizer with 30% nutrient reduction after planting and turning over.The physical and chemical properties of tobacco-growing soil and the activities of enzymes related to carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient conversion were analyzed.The study found that compared with conventional fertilization treatment,when Vicia villosa Roth var.glabrescens was combined with slow-release nitrogen fertilizer,the average price and output value of flue-cured tobacco were increased by 7.5% and 8.8%,respectively;when combined with slow-release potassium fertilizer,the yield,proportion of high-quality tobacco,average price and output value of flue-cured tobacco were increased by 6.1%,5.8%,15.1% and 21.8%,respectively.When rape was combined with slow-release nitrogen fertilizer,the average price and output value of flue-cured tobacco were increased by 7.8% and 6.0%,respectively;when combined with slow-release potassium fertilizer,the yield,proportion of high-grade tobacco,average price and output value of flue-cured tobacco were increased by 8.6%,6.7%,6.2% and 15.2%,respectively.The output value of smooth vetch with slow-release potassium fertilizer was the highest,reaching 95500 Yuan/hm2.The agronomic traits and quality of flue-cured tobacco were also significantly improved,and the plant height,number of effective leaves and maximum leaf width were significantly were increased.The nicotine content of smooth vetch and rapeseed with slow-release nitrogen fertilizer were decreased by 18.0% and 18.2%,respectively,the combined application of glossy purple vetch and slow-release nitrogen fertilizer,the content of chloride ions was decreased by 24.0% and that of potassium ions was increased by 7.8% respectively;the nicotine content of smooth vetch and rapeseed with slow-release potassium fertilizer were decreased by 18.0% and 20.4%,respectively,the chloride ion of smooth vetch was decreased by 8.0%,and the rapeseed with slow-release nitrogen fertilizer was increased by 15.4%.Green manure rotation with slow-release nitrogen and potassium fertilizers improved soil nutrient properties,increased soil carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus and redox hydrolase activities,and reduced soil microbial metabolic nitrogen limitation.The contents of available potassium and NH4+-N,NO3--N under the combination of Vicia villosa Roth var.glabrescens and slow-release nitrogen fertilizer were increased by 8.3% and 37.3%,respectively;those under the combination of rape and slow-release nitrogen fertilizer were increased by 3.6% and 40.0%,respectively;those under the combination of Vicia villosa Roth var.glabrescens and slow-release potassium fertilizer were increased by 3.9% and 44.6%,respectively;those under the combination of rape and slow-release potassium fertilizer were increased by 7.2% and 47.5%,respectively.The carbon limitation of soil microbial metabolism decreased by 5.1% and the nitrogen limitation decreased by 8.3% under the treatment of rapeseed with slow-release potassium fertilizer.As a result,compared with winter fallow and conventional fertilization,planting and pressing green manure with slow-release nitrogen and potassium fertilizers could increase the yield,average price,flue-cured tobacco traits and quality.At the same time,it could also improve the soil nutrient status,increase the soil carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus and oxidoreductase activity,and reduce the nitrogen limitation of soil microbial metabolism.The comprehensive effect of smooth vetch or rapeseed with slow-release potassium fertilizer was the best,which could be promoted and applied in Yunnan tobacco-growing areas.
