    摘要:

    为探究壳寡糖叶面肥对大豆产量与品质的影响。以高油型大豆垦农23为试验材料,分析了鼓粒期叶面喷施清水(CK)、壳寡糖(T1)、壳寡糖+螯合铁(T2)、壳寡糖+有机硅(T3)、壳寡糖+有机钙(T4)和壳寡糖+螯合铁+有机硅+有机钙(T5)对大豆叶片光合参数、干物质积累及产量和品质的影响。结果表明,壳寡糖叶面肥处理均显著增加叶片净光合速率和干物质积累量,大豆产量和净收益分别较CK提高了6.83%~14.31%和5.73%~19.04%。与CK相比,各处理显著提高了大豆植株上部的产量,对中部和下部产量无显著影响。不同处理对大豆产量构成因素影响各异,其中T1、T3、T4和T5处理显著提高每荚粒数和百粒重,T2处理显著提高单株荚数和百粒重。植株不同部位籽粒粗蛋白含量表现为上部>中部>下部,粗脂肪含量表现为相反的变化趋势。成熟期壳寡糖叶面肥处理的大豆籽粒粗蛋白含量较CK提高了9.16%~13.46%,粗脂肪含量较CK降低了2.07%~6.10%。因此,壳寡糖叶面肥有利于提高滴灌大豆产量,尤其以壳寡糖+螯合铁的增产增收效果最为显著。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the effects of chitooligosaccharide foliar fertilizer on soybean yield and quality,a study was conducted using the high-oil soybean variety “Kennong 23” as experimental material. The effects of foliar spraying with water(CK),chitooligosaccharide.(T1),chitooligosaccharide + chelated iron(T2),chitooligosaccharide+organic silicon(T3),chitooligosaccharide + organic calcium(T4) and chitooligosaccharide + chelated iron + organic silicon + organic calcium(T5) during the pod-filling stage on soybean leaf photosynthetic parameters,dry matter accumulation,yield,and quality were analyzed. Results showed that chitooligosaccharide foliar fertilizer treatments significantly increased leaf net photosynthetic rate and dry matter accumulation. Soybean yield and net profit increased by 6.83%-14.31% and 5.73%-19.04%,respectively,compared to CK. All treatments significantly enhanced yield in the upper parts of soybean plants but had no significant effects on middle and lower parts,compared to CK. Different treatments variably influenced yield components:T1,T3,T4 and T5 treatments significantly increased grains per pod and 100-seed weight,while T2 treatment significantly improved pods per plant and 100-seed weight. Crude protein content in grains followed the order upper > middle > lower parts,whereas crude fat content exhibited the opposite trend. At maturity,chitooligosaccharide foliar fertilizer treatments increased crude protein content by 9.16%-13.46% and reduced crude fat content by 2.07%-6.10%,compared to CK. Thus,chitooligosaccharide foliar fertilizer effectively enhanced drip-irrigated soybean yield,with the chitooligosaccharide + chelated iron combination demonstrating the most significant yield and economic benefits.
