Effects of nanocellulose on the germination of industrial hemp seeds,cannabinoid content,and flower and leaf yield

    摘要:

    工业大麻是四氢大麻酚(THC)含量低于0.3%的大麻品种,其花叶中的大麻二酚(CBD)广泛应用于新药研发、大健康和食品等行业。提高花叶产量是工业大麻产业亟需解决的问题。纳米材料由于具有独特的物理化学特性,在促进植物的生长、养分吸收以及光合作用等方面具有显著效果。为了提高工业大麻花叶产量,针对纳米纤维素在工业大麻上的施用效果开展针对性室内试验及田间试验,为纳米纤维素肥料的应用提供依据。结果表明:(1)纳米纤维素对工业大麻种子的萌发具有显著的促进作用,播种后萌发率平均提升17.33%;(2)开花后在叶面喷施纳米纤维素,能够使花叶CBD含量提升12.2%;(3)将纳米纤维素与农用复合肥组合施用,能有效延长土壤中氮、磷、钾释放周期并提高作物对以上元素的吸收利用效率,每公顷花叶产量可提升15.6%,增产效果明显。

    Abstract:

    Industrial hemp is a cannabis variety with tetrahydrocannabinol(THC)content below 0.3%, its flowers and leaves contain cannabidiol(CBD), which is widely used in the development of novel drugs,health products and the food industry. Increasing flower and leaf yield is a pressing challenge in the industrial hemp industry. Nanomaterials,due to their unique physicochemical properties,have demonstrated significant effects on promoting plant growth,nutrient absorption,and photosynthesis. To enhance flower and leaf yield in industrial hemp,this study investigated the effects of applying nanocellulose through targeted indoor and field experiments,providing a basis for the application of nanocellulose fertilizers. The results indicated the following:(1)Nanocellulose,when applied as a basal fertilizer,had a significant promoting effect on the germination of industrial hemp seeds,with an average increase of 17.33% in germination rate;(2)Foliar application of nanocellulose after flowering increased the cannabinoid content in flowers and leaves by 12.2%;(3)Combined application of nanocellulose and agricultural compound fertilizers effectively prolonged the release period of nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium in the soil and enhanced the absorption and utilization efficiency of these elements by crops,and the combined application increased the yield of flowers and leaves by 15.6%,demonstrating a significant yield-increasing effect.
