    摘要:

    为了探究枝条还田方式对梨树枝条腐解及土壤肥力的影响,以北京市大兴区3个不同土壤肥力等级梨园为对象,设置枝条直接粉碎还田(FS)、枝条堆肥后还田(DF)及不还田对照(CK)处理,通过田间试验结合室内分析,系统比较了两种还田方式对枝条腐解速率、土壤养分及微生物特性的影响,旨在为梨园枝条资源化利用和土壤肥力提升提供科学依据。结果表明,1)DF在土壤水肥条件较好的昌兴梨园显著提升枝条腐解率至54%,较FS提高6%,且DF比FS腐解后枝条腐殖质和有机质含量分别提高了6%和12%;2)在水肥条件较差的果园中FS的腐解率(44%)显著高于DF(36%);3)DF显著提高土壤全氮和有效磷含量,较CK分别增加14%和37%,但对速效钾、有机质及腐殖质含量无显著影响;4)DF显著提高土壤微生物生物量碳含量、增强木质素过氧化物酶及纤维素酶活性,并提高细菌多样性指数(Chao、Shannon指数)。综上,建议水肥条件较好的果园优先采用枝条堆肥后还田以提升土壤生态功能,水肥条件较差的果园宜采用枝条直接还田快速补充有机质,研究结果为果园废弃物资源化利用及土壤可持续管理提供理论依据。

    Abstract:

    To explore the effects of return methods on pear tree branch decomposition and soil fertility,this study selected three pear orchards with different soil fertility levels in Daxing district,Beijing,and three treatments were established:direct shredding and returning to the field(FS),composting before returning to the field(DF),and no returning to the field control(CK).Through field experiments combined with laboratory analysis,the effects of the two branch return methods on branch decomposition rate,soil nutrients,and microbial properties were systematically compared,aiming to provide a scientific basis for the resource utilization of pear tree branches and the improvement of soil fertility.The results showed that:1)In the Changxing orchard with good soil water and fertility conditions,DF treatment significantly increased the branch decomposition rate to 54%,which was 6% higher than that of FS treatment.The humus and organic matter contents of the decomposed branches increased by 6% and 12% in DF treatment,respectively;2)In the low-water and low-fertility orchard,the decomposition rate of FS treatment(44%)was significantly higher than 36% of DF treatment;3)DF treatment significantly increased the soil total nitrogen and available phosphorus contents by 14% and 37% compared with CK,respectively,but had no significant effect on available potassium,organic matter,and humus contents;4)DF treatment significantly enhanced soil microbial biomass carbon,lignin peroxidase,and cellulase activity,and increased bacteria α-diversity indices(Chao,Shannon index).In conclusion,DF was recommended for orchards with high-water and high-fertility conditions to enhance soil ecological functions,while low-water and low-fertility orchards should apply FS to rapidly replenish organic matter.The study results could provide a theoretical basis for the resource utilization of orchard waste and sustainable soil management.
