    摘要:

    为了解决重庆花椒主产区不合理施肥导致的产量和品质“双低”问题,通过“3414”试验方案,在重庆江津区8个不同肥力水平椒园开展两年的试验。在果实成熟期测产、采集样品测定麻味物质、挥发油、乙醇和乙醚抽提物等指标,将隶属度累加计算品质综合值,确定果品等级后计算收入。将缺素区与最优施肥处理的产量、品质、收入相比,得出相对产量、相对品质和相对收入的土壤养分丰缺指标,再建立推荐施肥指标体系,并比较分析。结果表明,以相对收入确定的氮、磷、钾养分分级范围分别为60~165、12~70、110~390 kg·hm-2,与相对产量和相对品质确定的氮、磷、钾养分分级范围相比分别提高了42.22%、3.66%、30%和降低了2.22%、26.83%、32%。以相对收入确定的氮肥推荐施用量为200~320 kg·hm-2,与相对产量、相对品质确定的推荐施用量相差较大,分别提高了28.4%、降低了12.61%。以相对收入确定的磷肥推荐施用量为125~220 kg·hm-2,与相对产量、相对品质确定的推荐施用量差异不大,分别提高了4.55%、降低了6.76%。以相对收入确定的钾肥推荐施用量为110~200 kg·hm-2,与相对产量确定的推荐施用量相差不大,提高了8.77%,而与相对品质确定的推荐施用量相差较大,降低了16.22%。以相对收入构建的施肥指标体系呈现出增施氮肥、少量增施磷钾肥的趋势,更能满足优质高产的生产目标,实现经济效益最大化。

    Abstract:

    To address the issues of low yield and quality caused by unreasonable fertilization in the main production area of Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Chongqing,a two-year experiment was conductedin eight Zanthoxylum bungeanum orchards with different fertility levels in Jiangjin district using the “3414” experimental design. During the fruit maturation period,yields were measured,and samples were collected to determine indicators such as the content of numbing substances,volatile oils,ethanol,and ether extracts. The cumulative degree of membership was calculated to derive a comprehensive quality value,which was then used to determine fruit grades and calculate income. By comparing the yield,quality,and income of deficient nutrient areas with the optimal fertilization treatments,relative yield,relative quality,and relative income nutrient indicators were established based on soil nutrient levels. A recommended fertilization index system was then developed and analyzed. The results indicated that the nutrient grading ranges for nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium determined by relative income were 60-165,12-70 ,and 110-390 kg·hm-2,respectively. These ranges showed increases of 42.22%,3.66%,30% and decreases of 2.22%,26.83%,32%,respectively,compared to those determined by relative yield and relative quality. The recommended nitrogen application amount based on relative income was 200-320 kg·hm-2,which differed significantly from the recommendations based on relative yield and quality,showing an increase of 28.4% and a decrease of 12.61%. The recommended phosphorus application amount based on relative income was 125-220 kg·hm-2,which showed little difference from the recommendations based on relative yield and quality,with increase of 4.55% and decrease of 6.76%. The recommended potassium application amount based on relative income was 110-200 kg·hm-2,which showed little difference compared to the recommendation based on relative yield,with an increase of 8.77%,but a significant decrease of 16.22% compared to the recommendation based on relative quality. The fertilization index system constructed based on relative income indicated a trend of increasing nitrogen application while slightly increasing phosphorus and potassium application,which could better meet the production goals of high quality and yield,maximizing economic benefits.
