The influence of nitrogen application rate on the growth,carbon-nitrogen metabolism and economic traits of upper tobacco leaves after topping

    摘要:

    为明确施氮量对打顶后30 d内的上部烟叶生长和碳氮代谢的影响,探索不同施氮量与上部烟叶经济性状指标的关系。以云烟87为材料,设置了90.0、112.5、135.0、157.5、180.00 kg/hm2施氮量处理,测定了不同处理的上部6片烟叶在打顶时和打顶后10、20、30 d的叶片长度和宽度、干物质量、SPAD值、硝酸还原酶和α-淀粉酶活性、总氮和淀粉含量,以及上部烟叶的经济性状。结果表明,随着施氮量增加,上部烟叶的长度和宽度、干物质量、SPAD值、硝酸还原酶和α-淀粉酶活性、总氮和淀粉含量增加。烤烟打顶后30 d,上部叶片仍然在生长和积累干物质,其增加量随叶位增加而增加,增加速度逐渐减缓;叶片SPAD值、硝酸还原酶活性、总氮和淀粉含量在烤烟打顶后先增加再降低,其在较高叶位的叶片下降相对较迟,在较低叶位的叶片下降较早;α-淀粉酶在烤烟打顶后先降低再增加,其在较高叶位的叶片增加相对较迟,在较低叶位的叶片增加较早。施氮量与烟叶上等烟比例为线性关系,与均价、产量、产值均为二次抛物线关系。施氮量为148.50~158.49 kg/hm2时,烟叶产量和产值均较为理想。

    Abstract:

    The study aimed to clarify the influence of nitrogen application rate on the growth and carbon-nitrogen metabolism of upper tobacco leaves within 30 days after topping,and to explore the relationship between different nitrogen application rate with the economic trait indicators of upper tobacco leaves. Yunyan 87 was used as the material,and nitrogen application rate treatments of 90.0,112.5,135.0,157.5,and 180.00 kg/hm2 were set up. The leaf length,width,dry matter mass,SPAD value,activities of nitrate reductase and α-amylase,total nitrogen and starch contents of the upper six tobacco leaves in different treatments were measured at the time of topping and 10,20,and 30 d after topping,as well as the economic traits of the upper tobacco leaves. The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen application rate,the length,width,dry matter mass,SPAD value,activities of nitrate reductase and α-amylase,total nitrogen and starch contents of the upper tobacco leaves increased. Thirty days after topping of flue-cured tobacco,the upper leaves were still growing and accumulating dry matter,and their increment increased with the increase of leaf position,while the growth rate gradually slowed down. The SPAD value,nitrate reductase activity,total nitrogen and starch contents of the leaves first increased and then decreased after topping of flue-cured tobacco. The decrease occurred relatively later in the leaves at higher positions and earlier in the leaves at lower positions. The activity of α-amylase first decreased and then increased after topping of flue-cured tobacco. The increase occurred relatively later in the leaves at higher positions and earlier in the leaves at lower positions. The relationship between the nitrogen application rate and the proportion of high-grade tobacco leaves was linear,while the relationships with the average price,yield,and output value were quadratic parabolic. When the nitrogen application rate was 148.50-158.49 kg/hm2,both the yield and output value of tobacco leaves were relatively ideal.
