    摘要:

    氮肥是用量最大的肥料之一,在葡萄生长过程中施用适宜量的氮肥,能够增加葡萄树的枝叶数量、增强树势、协调树体的营养生长和生殖生长、促进副梢萌发等。但是过量施用氮肥会引起枝稍徒长,新生枝条和根系木质化程度降低,同时也会引起葡萄园面源污染等问题。为了探讨氮肥减施对葡萄生长的影响,降低面源污染潜在风险,以‘天工墨玉’葡萄为试验材料,探究追肥氮肥减施及在追肥氮肥减施的基础上增施生物动力素和硅肥等对葡萄生长前期修剪枝条的鲜重、干重及含水率、叶片叶绿素含量、叶片光合参数等的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,减施氮肥追施量40%(T40)的枝条鲜重与含水率显著高于其他处理。葡萄叶片的叶绿素含量在不同施肥处理下无显著差异。与CK相比,T40处理下净光合速率、气孔导度及蒸腾速率显著高于CK;胞间CO2浓度无显著差异。增施硅肥971.4和1942.8 kg·hm-2(TG2和TG5)会降低葡萄枝条的鲜重和含水率,表明其对葡萄枝条生长有不利影响;增施生物动力素(TS)对葡萄枝条的鲜重和含水率无显著影响。但是,增施硅肥和生物动力素(TG2S和TG5S)处理能够在一定程度上促进葡萄枝条的生长。TG2、TG5、TS、TG2S和TG5S处理对葡萄叶片的叶绿素含量无显著影响。在本试验条件下,减少追施氮肥能够提高葡萄叶片光合作用,有利于葡萄的生长,促进枝条生长。

    Abstract:

    Nitrogen fertilizer is the world’s largest fertilizer production and use of fertilizer varieties,applying appropriate nitrogen fertilizer in the process of grape growth can increase the number of branches and leaves of grapevines,enhance tree potential,coordinate the vegetative growth and reproductive growth of the tree,and promote the germination of secondary shoots. However,excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer will cause branches to grow slightly,and the degree of lignification of new branches and roots will be reduced. At the same time,it can also cause problems such as non-point source pollution of vineyards. In order to explore the effects of nitrogen fertilizer reduction on grape growth and reduce the potential risk of non-point source pollution,‘Tiangong Moyu’ grapes were used as research materials to explore the effects of nitrogen fertilizer reduction and biodynamic hormone and silicon fertilizer on the fresh weight,dry weight,moisture content,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic indexes of pruned shoots in the early stage of grape growth. The results showed that compared with CK,the fresh weight and moisture content of shoots with the 40% reduction of nitrogen fertilizer topdressing rate(T40)were significantly higher than those of other treatments. There was no significant difference in the chlorophyll content of grape leaves under different fertilization treatments. The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate under T40 treatment were significantly higher than those of CK. There was no significant difference in CO2 concentration between cells. The addition of silicon fertilizer 971.4 and 1942.8 kg·hm-2(TG2 and TG5)reduced the fresh weight and moisture content of grape shoots,indicating that it had an adverse effect on the growth of grape shoots. The addition of biodynamic hormone(TS) had no significant effect on the fresh weight and moisture content of grape branches. The addition of silicon fertilzer and biodynamic hormone(TG2S and TG5S)promoted the growth of grape shoots to a certain extent. TG2,TG5,TS,TG2S and TG5S treatments had no significant effect on the chlorophyll content of grape leaves. In conclusion,under the conditions of this experiment,nitrogen fertilizer reduction and topdressing could improve the photosynthesis of grape leaves,which was conducive to the growth of grapes and promoted the growth of branches.
