    摘要:

    酱香型白酒糟属于低碳氮比的原料,堆肥过程中氮素损失相对较高,堆肥周期较长。本研究以酱香型白酒糟为主料,设置了3个处理,分别为对照组纯酒糟(PL)、添加5‰的复合微生物菌剂(PLM)和添加5%的生物炭(PLB),探究外源添加剂对好氧堆肥过程中氨排放、氮素损失、堆肥周期、堆肥效率及腐熟度的影响。结果表明,与PL处理相比,PLM和PLB处理提前1和2 d进入高温期(≥55℃),高温期持续时间分别为12和13 d,较PL处理多1~2 d;以10和15℃为生物学零度,PLB较PL处理可缩短堆肥周期3.44~4.39 d。与PL处理相比,PLM和PLB处理可以改善堆肥的腐熟度。其中PLB处理在堆肥过程中pH变化较小,从12 d开始一直维持在7.13~7.29之间,利于微生物生长;与PL处理相比,PLM和PLB处理终点与初始碳氮比的比值分别提前6~12 d降到0.7以下,种子发芽指数达到70%以上,达到腐熟标准参数;堆肥结束时,PLM和PLB处理铵态氮含量的增加比例较PL处理分别少10.4和23.38个百分点;硝态氮含量的降低比例较PL处理分别少3.33和5.95个百分点;氨累积挥发量较对照分别减少10.81%和14.52%;全氮损失率较PL处理分别降低4.83和6.90个百分点。结果表明,由氨挥发引起的氮损失与堆肥积温呈极显著正相关性,两种添加剂通过调节堆体有机碳及碳氮比,从而影响堆体温度和堆肥积温,进而加快了堆体腐熟进程,减小了氨挥发速率、氨累积挥发量和由氨挥发引起的氮损失。

    Abstract:

    Maotai-flavor distiller’s grains are low carbon to nitrogen ratio raw materials,and the nitrogen loss during composting is relatively high and the composting cycle is long.In this study,Maotai-flavor distiller’s lees were used as the main material,and three treatments were set up,namely pure distiller’s lees (PL) as the control group,the addition of 5‰ compound microbial agent (PLM) and the addition of 5% biochar (PLB),to explore the effects of exogenous additives on ammonia emission,nitrogen loss,composting cycle,composting efficiency and decomposition degree during aerobic composting.The results showed that PLM and PLB treatments entered the high temperature period (≥55℃) 1 and 2 days earlier than PL treatment,and the high temperature period lasted 12 and 13 days,respectively,which was 1-2 days longer than PL treatment.At biological zero temperatures of 10 and 15℃,PLB treatment shortened the composting cycle by 3.44-4.39 days,compared with PL treatment.Compared with PL treatment,PLM and PLB treatments improved the compost maturity.The pH value of PLB treatment changed little during the composting process and remained between 7.13-7.29 from the 12th d,which was conducive to microbial growth.Compared with PL treatment,the ratio of the final to initial carbon to nitrogen ratio of PLM and PLB treatment decreased below 0.7 in 6-12 days earlier,and the seed germination index reached more than 70%,reaching the standard parameters of maturation.At the end of composting,the increase of ammonium nitrogen content in PLM and PLB treatments was 10.4 and 23.38 percentage points less than that in PL treatment.The reduction ratio of nitrate nitrogen content was 3.33 and 5.95 percentage points less than that of PL treatment.The cumulative volatilization of ammonia decreased by 10.81% and 14.52%,respectively.The total nitrogen loss rate was 4.83 and 6.90 percentage points lower than that of PL treatment.The results showed that the nitrogen loss caused by ammonia volatilization was significantly positively correlated with the accumulated temperature of compost.The two additives affected the temperature and accumulated temperature of compost by adjusting the organic carbon and carbon to nitrogen ratio in the pile,thus speeding up the process of heap decomposition and reducing the ammonia volatilization rate,accumulated volatilization amount of ammonia and nitrogen loss caused by ammonia volatilization.
