    摘要:

    采用微波湿法消解预处理无机肥、有机无机复混肥、有机肥3类肥料,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定消解液中镉、铅、铬3种重金属含量。方法便捷、高效、准确、灵敏,检测结果稳定可靠。低、中、高3个浓度分别重复测定7次的相对标准偏差,镉为1.86%、0.31%、0.29%,铅为3.84%、1.36%、0.70%,铬为4.36%、0.59%、0.39%。3个水平的加标回收率,镉在81.7%~99.2%之间,铅在88.7%~97.8%之间,铬在87.1%~99.4%之间,均具有较好的回收率。镉、铅、铬3种重金属的方法检出限较低。镉、铅、铬在相应的浓度范围内,标准曲线相关系数均在0.99740以上。

    Abstract:

    The inorganic fertilizer,organic-inorganic compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer were pretreated by microwave wetting digestion,and 3 kinds of heavy metals,namely cadmium,lead and chromium,in the digesting aqua of the fertilizers were analyzed by the flames atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The methods were convenient,efficient,accurate and sensitive,and the detection results were stable and reliable.The results showed that the relative standard deviations of cadmium when repeated for 7 times were 1.86%,0.31%,0.29% for low,medium,and high concentrations,while those of lead and chromium were 3.84%,1.36%,0.70% and 4.36%,0.59%,0.39%,respectively.The recovery of the cadmium was 81.7%-99.2%,the recovery of the lead was 88.7%-97.8%,and the recovery of the chromium was 87.1%-99.4%,and all of which had a good recovery rate.The limits of detection of cadmium,lead and chromium were low.The correlation coefficients of the standard curves for chromium in its mass concentration range were above 0.99740.
