    摘要:

    探明湘北区土壤-水稻系统硒含量与富硒机制,可为区域硒资源开发与利用提供依据。基于湘北区(25844组)土壤-水稻对应样品的硒含量及相关矿质养分的测定,采用普通克里格插值、冗余分析、变差分解分析和层次分割分析等方法,研究土壤-水稻系统硒含量特征,揭示土壤富硒的影响因素及水稻富硒机制。结果表明,土壤硒、稻米硒含量和富集系数(BCF)平均值分别为0.485 mg/kg、0.063 mg/kg、0.147。土壤富硒率为60.69%,稻米富硒率为77.87%。稻米硒与土壤硒含量空间分布特征吻合,呈现出西部高东部低的特点。不同成土母质发育土壤硒、稻米硒和BCF存在显著差异(P<0.05)。在土壤和稻米均非富硒(NN)类型中,有机质、Zn、阳离子交换量是影响硒含量的显著因子;在土壤非富硒稻米富硒(NR)类型中,有机质、阳离子交换量、pH是影响硒含量的重要因素;对于土壤富硒稻米非富硒(RN)类型,海拔、pH、Zn是影响硒含量的关键因子;在土壤和水稻均富硒(RR)类型中,海拔、降水量、Zn是影响硒含量的显著因素。湘北地区土壤硒含量高,富硒资源丰富,需综合分析土壤性状与环境因素,合理进行土壤硒资源开发和富硒稻米种植。

    Abstract:

    Investigating selenium(Se)content characteristics and enrichment mechanisms in the soil-rice system of the northern Hunan region can provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization of regional Se resources.Based on the determination of selenium content and related mineral nutrients in 25844 paired soil-rice samples from the Northern Hunan region,this study employed ordinary Kriging interpolation,redundancy analysis,variation partitioning analysis,and hierarchical partitioning analysis to explore Se content characteristics in the soil-rice system and reveal influencing factors of soil Se enrichment and rice Se accumulation mechanisms.The results showed that the average values of soil Se,rice grain Se,and the bioaccumulation factor(BCF)were 0.485 mg/kg,0.063 mg/kg,and 0.147,respectively.The soil Se enrichment rate was 60.69%,while the rice grain Se enrichment rate was 77.87%.The spatial distribution of rice grain Se aligned with soil Se,exhibiting a pattern of higher levels in the west and lower levels in the east.Significant differences(P<0.05)in soil Se,rice grain Se,and BCF were observed among soils derived from different parent materials.In non-enriched soil and non-enriched rice(NN)systems,soil organic matter(SOM),Zn,and cation exchange capacity(CEC)were significant factors influencing Se content.In non-enriched soil but enriched rice(NR)systems,SOM,CEC,and pH played critical roles.For enriched soil but non-enriched rice(RN)systems,elevation,pH,and Zn were key influencing factors.In enriched soil and enriched rice(RR)systems,elevation,precipitation,and Zn significantly affected Se content.The northern Hunan region has high Se content in cultivated soils and abundant Se resources.Comprehensive analysis of soil properties and environmental factors is essential for rational development of soil Se resources and cultivation of selenium-enriched rice.
