长江上游中药材产地土壤重金属污染风险评价——以重庆奉节县为例

    摘要:

    开展土壤重金属含量及污染风险评价,是土壤污染防治的关键。以三峡库区中药材产地奉节县太和乡土壤为研究对象,采集表层土壤(0~20 cm)样品314个,分析了土壤重金属(As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb和Zn)全量及形态、土壤pH及主量元素含量,采用内梅罗综合污染指数法(P)及潜在生态风险指数(RI)进行土壤重金属污染及风险评价。结果显示,土壤As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Hg、Ni、Pb和Zn的平均含量分别为17.92、0.43、78.58、27.02、0.11、33.14、33.39和89.98 mg/kg,均高于重庆市表层土壤背景值。研究区土壤以强酸性及酸性为主。内梅罗综合指数以轻微污染和轻度污染为主,点位占比分别为39.38%和49.69%,潜在生态风险以中等风险为主(点位占比97.81%),主要污染因子为Cd。土壤Cd的生物有效性主要受到土壤pH和CaO含量的影响,建议针对研究区酸性及强酸性土壤适量施用以CaO为主要成分的碱性土壤调理剂,降低土壤Cd等重金属的生态风险。

    Abstract:

    Conducting soil heavy metal content analysis and pollution risk assessment is the key to soil pollution prevention and control.This study focused on the soil of Taihe township in Fengjie county,the producing areas of Chinese medicinal materials in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region,a total of 314 surface soil samples(0-20 cm)were collected.The total content and speciation of soil heavy metals(As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Hg,Ni,Pb and Zn),soil pH and major element contents were analyzed.The Nemero comprehensive pollution index and the potential ecological risk index were used to evaluate soil heavy metal pollution and associated risks.The results showed that the average contents of As,Cd,Cr,Cu,Hg,Ni,Pb and Zn in the soil were 17.92,0.43,78.58,27.02,0.11,33.14,33.39 and 89.98 mg/kg,respectively,which were all higher than the background values of surface soil in Chongqing city.The soil in the study area was predominantly strongly acidic and acidic.The Nemero comprehensive index was mainly slightly polluted and lightly polluted,with the point proportions of 39.38% and 49.69%,respectively.The potential ecological risk was mainly medium risk(the point proportion was 97.81%),and the main pollution factor was Cd.The bioavailability of Cd in the soil was mainly affected by soil pH and the content of CaO.For the acidic and strongly acidic soils in the study area,it is recommended to apply appropriate amounts of alkaline soil conditioners,mainly composed of CaO,to reduce the ecological risk of heavy metals such as soil Cd.
