    摘要:

    菜油两用是发展油菜多功能利用和提高生产效益的重要途径,合理施用氮肥是作物生产的重要营养保障,明确菜油两用油菜适宜的基施氮肥用量及追施氮肥效果,可为其科学施肥提供参考。于2022—2023年在湖北省武穴市和沙洋县开展大田施肥试验,主处理为不摘薹和摘薹,副处理为基施氮肥用量(设置0、90、135、180、225、270、315 kg·hm-2),再对各处理设置裂区(一半不追肥,一半追施氮肥45 kg·hm-2),研究不同基施氮肥量对油菜薹产量、摘薹与否及基施氮肥量对油菜籽产量及其构成因子的影响、追施氮肥的产量效果,同时对氮素吸收及氮肥利润进行分析。菜薹和油菜籽产量随着基施氮肥用量的增加而增加,当氮肥用量为246、221 kg·hm-2时,武穴和沙洋试验点菜薹产量达到平台值。不追肥时不摘薹油菜籽产量在氮肥用量为230、238 kg·hm-2时达到平台值,分别为2911、2975 kg·hm-2,摘薹油菜籽产量在氮肥用量为218、213 kg·hm-2时达到平台值,分别为1789、1997 kg·hm-2,摘薹油菜所需氮肥用量略低于不摘薹油菜,但产量分别显著降低38.5%、32.9%。与不追肥相比,追肥时不摘薹油菜籽平台产量分别增加5.9%、7.8%,摘薹油菜籽平台产量分别增加12.3%、4.6%。不摘薹和摘薹油菜籽产量主要由一次分枝产量贡献,氮肥用量的增加主要促进不摘薹油菜一次分枝和摘薹油菜二次分枝的角果数进而增产。氮素积累量分析表明,菜薹氮素积累量占摘薹油菜全生育期的22.6%,油菜籽粒和非籽粒部位氮素积累量随着氮肥用量的增加而增加,追肥能进一步增加油菜的氮素吸收。氮肥利润分析表明,收获一季菜薹最高可获得收益20998元·hm-2,摘薹虽降低油菜籽产值,但整体利润明显高于不摘薹油菜,在不追肥和追肥条件下,氮肥利润分别平均增加103.6%、94.2%。保证适宜施氮量是保障油菜产量的重要条件,过量施肥对产量提升无显著效果。无论是否施氮,摘薹均会降低油菜籽产量,但菜油两用油菜的氮肥利润显著高于常规油菜。综上,菜油两用油菜的氮素需求略低于常规油菜,推荐适宜菜油两用油菜的基施氮肥用量为220 kg·hm-2,并于薹后追氮45 kg·hm-2,可实现产量及效益的协同提升。

    Abstract:

    Vegetable and oilseed rape is an important way to develop the multi-functional use of oilseed rape and improve the production efficiency. The reasonable application of nitrogen (N) fertilizer is an important nutrient guarantee for crop production. so it is important to clarify the suitable amount of N fertilizer for the basal application of vegetable and oilseed rape and the effect of topdressing N fertilizer,so as to provide a reference for the scientific application of N fertilizer.Field fertilization experiments were carried out in 2022—2023 in Wuxue city and Shayang county,Hubei Province,with the main treatment of stalk-free and stalk-cut,and the sub-treatment of basal N fertilizer rate (0,90,135,180,225,270,315 kg·hm-2),and a cleavage zone was set up for each treatment (half without topdressing,half with topdressing N fertilizer of 45 kg·hm-2),to study the effect of different basal N fertilizer rate on the yield of rapes stalk,the effect of cutting stalk or not,and the effect of basal N fertilizer rate on rapeseed yield and its component factors,the effect of yield after topdressing,and the N accumulation and N benefits were analyzed.The yields of rape stalk and rapeseed increased with the increase of basal N fertilizer rate,and the yields of rape stalk reached the plateau values at Wuxue and Shayang points when the N fertilizer rates were 246 and 221 kg·hm-2,respectively.When no topdressing,the yield of stalk-free rape reached the plateau values of 2911 and 2975 kg·hm-2 when the N fertilizer rate was 230 and 238 kg·hm-2,and the yield of rape-cut rape reached the plateau values of 1789 and 1997 kg·hm-2 when the N fertilizer rate was 218 and 213 kg·hm-2,and the N fertilizer required for stalk-cut rape was slightly lower than that for stalk-free rape,but the yields were significantly decreased by 38.5%,32.9%,respectively.Compared with no topdressing,the platform yield of stalk-free rape increased by 5.9% and 7.8%,and the platform yield of stalk-cut rape increased by 12.3% and 4.6% when topdressing,respectively.The yields of stalk-free and stalk-cut rapeseed were mainly contributed by primary branch yields,and the increase in N fertilizer rate mainly promoted the number of pods and hence yield in the primary branch of stalk-free rapeseed and the secondary branch of stalk-cut rapeseed.The analysis of N accumulation showed that the N accumulation of rape stalk accounted for 22.6% of the whole life span of stalk-cut rape,and the N accumulation of seed and non-seed parts of rapeseed increased with the increase of N fertilizer rate,and further increase the N accumulation of rapeseed when topdressing fertilizer.The analysis of N benefit showed that harvesting one season of rape stalk could earn 20998 Yuan·hm-2,and although cutting stalk of rape reduced the output value of rapeseed,the overall benefit was significantly higher than that of stalk-free rape,and the N benefit increased by an average of 103.6% and 94.2%,respectively,under the conditions of no topdressing fertilizer and topdressing fertilizer.Ensuring appropriate N application was important for securing rapeseed yields,and over-fertilization had no significant effect on yield improvement.Regardless of whether N was applied or not,cutting stalk of rape would reduce rapeseed yield,but the N benefit of vegetable and oilseed rape rapeseed was significantly higher than that of conventional rapeseed.In conclusion,the N demand of vegetable and oilseed rape was slightly lower than that of conventional rapeseed,it was recommended that the suitable basal application of N fertilizer for vegetable and oilseed rape should be 220 kg·hm-2,and topdressing N fertilizer of 45 kg·hm-2 after cutting the stalk of rape,which could synergistically improve the yield and benefits.
