    摘要:

    为了明确高氮有机物料绿狐尾藻在农业生产中的应用潜力,利用绿狐尾藻秸秆部分替代化肥氮进行盆栽试验,研究不同比例绿狐尾藻替氮量处理对土壤肥力提升和作物生长的影响。结果表明:绿狐尾藻秸秆部分替代化肥氮可有效提升土壤养分含量,与常规施肥处理相比,用绿狐尾藻秸秆替代10%的无机N肥,使土壤有机碳、全氮和可溶性总氮的含量分别显著提高了1.7%、3.9%和76.7%;替代30%无机N肥使土壤铵态氮含量显著提高了76.7%,同时显著提高土壤蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性和微生物生物量氮含量,分别较单施化肥氮(NPK处理)提高了3.5%、7.9%和85.7%;而秸秆20%替N则有效提高了脲酶、微生物生物量碳和微生物熵,分别显著提高了10.6%、24.6%和25.0%。而且绿狐尾藻秸秆30%替N显著影响水稻的生长,与NPK处理相比,水稻植株的总生物量、地上部生物量分别提高了39.9%和41.4%。相关性分析也表明,土壤微生物碳含量、微生物熵和铵态氮含量与作物生物量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),同时,土壤蔗糖酶和微生物量氮与作物生物量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。综上所述,与其他处理相比,采用30%的绿狐尾藻秸秆替代无机N肥措施在显著提升了土壤肥力的同时也显著增加了作物生物量,从而推动水稻生产的可持续发展。

    Abstract:

    In order to elucidate the application potential of high nitrogen organic material of Myriophyllum aquaticum in agricultural biology,this study conducted a pot experiment using Myriophyllum aquaticum straw as a partial substitute for chemical fertilizer nitrogen,examining the effects of different proportions of Myriophyllum aquaticum on soil fertility improvement and crop growth.The results showed that partially replacing chemical fertilizer nitrogen with Myriophyllum aquaticum straw effectively increased soil nutrient content.Compared with conventional fertilization treatment,replacing 10% inorganic N fertilizer with Myriophyllum aquaticum straw significantly increased the contents of organic carbon,total nitrogen and soluble total nitrogen in soil by 1.7%,3.9% and 76.7%,respectively.Replacing 30% inorganic N fertilizer significantly increased soil ammonium nitrogen content by 76.7%.Concurrently,the activity of soil sucrase,acid phosphatase and microbial biomass nitrogen content were significantly elevated by 3.5%,7.9% and 85.7%,respectively,compared with NPK treatment.However,straw 20% N substitution effectively increased urease,microbial biomass carbon and biomass entropy,with respective increases of 10.6%,24.6% and 25.0%,respectively.Moreover,the replacement of N 30% by Myriophyllum aquaticum straw significantly affected the growth of rice,compared with NPK treatment,the total biomass and aboveground biomass of rice plants increased by 39.9% and 41.4%,respectively.Correlation analysis also showed that soil microbial carbon content,microbial entropy and ammonium nitrogen content were significantly positively correlated with crop biomass (P<0.05),while soil sucrase and microbial biomass carbon were significantly positively correlated with crop biomass (P<0.01).In summary,the application of 30% Myriophyllum aquaticum straw instead of inorganic fertilizer measures,compared with other treatments,significantly improved soil fertility while also significantly increased crop biomass,thereby promoting the sustainable development of rice production.
