Effects of calcium carbonate and oligosaccharides combined application on acidic soil and rice yield

    摘要:

    为了探讨碳酸钙与低聚糖配施对我国华南地区酸性稻田土壤的改良效果,采用盆栽试验,设置6个处理:不施肥(T1)、常规施肥(T2)、常规施肥+氧化钙(T3)、常规施肥+碳酸钙(T4)、常规施肥+碳酸钙蔗糖混合物(T5)、常规施肥+碳酸钙海藻寡糖混合物(T6),分析了不同改良处理对土壤理化性质及水稻产量的影响。碳酸钙低聚糖混合物均有效提升了土壤 pH,降低了土壤交换性酸含量,其中碳酸钙蔗糖混合物pH提升0.92,交换性酸降低了80.39%,碳酸钙海藻寡糖混合物pH提升1.39,交换性酸降低了91.37%;与单施碳酸钙相比,碳酸钙蔗糖混合物的有机结合态铝和腐植酸铝分别提升了20.26%和5.30%,而无机吸附态铝下降了12.06%;碳酸钙海藻寡糖混合物的交换性盐基离子总量达5.94 cmol/kg,且其与碳酸钙蔗糖混合物的阳离子交换量分别达9.41和9.50 cmol/kg;碳酸钙蔗糖混合物与碳酸钙海藻寡糖混合物处理均提高了水稻产量,相较于常规施肥分别提升了10.64%和10.21%。结果表明,碳酸钙与两种低聚糖配施均可有效提升土壤pH,降低交换性酸含量,通过络合交换性铝缓解铝毒,防止返酸,促进水稻的生长,其中以碳酸钙蔗糖混合物效果最佳。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the amelioration effect of calcium carbonate and oligosaccharides on acidic paddy soils in South China,a pot experiment was conducted with six treatments:no fertiliser (T1),regular fertiliser (T2),regular fertiliser + calcium oxide (T3),regular fertiliser + calcium carbonate (T4),regular fertiliser + calcium carbonate sucrose mixture (T5),regular fertiliser + calcium carbonate seaweed oligocaccharide mixture (T6).The effects of different amendment treatments on soil physicochemical properties and rice yield were analyzed.Calcium carbonate oligosaccharide mixtures were effective in increasing the soil pH and reducing the soil exchangeable acid content,with the calcium carbonate sucrose mixture increasing the pH by 0.92 units and reducing the exchangeable acid by 80.39%,and the calcium carbonate seaweed oligocaccharide mixture increasing the pH by 1.39 units and reducing the exchangeable acid by 91.37%.Compared to calcium carbonate alone,calcium sucrose mixtures of calcium carbonate elevated aluminum in the organically bound state and aluminum humate by 20.26% and 5.30%,respectively,while aluminum in the inorganic adsorbed state decreased by 12.06%.Calcium carbonate seaweed oligocaccharide mixture had a total exchangeable radical ion of 5.94 cmol/kg and its cation exchange with calcium carbonate sucrose mixture was 9.41 and 9.50 cmol/kg.Both calcium carbonate sucrose mixture and calcium carbonate seaweed oligocaccharide mixture treatments increased rice yield by 10.64% and 10.21%,respectively,as compared to regular fertiliser.The results showed that all calcium carbonate and oligosaccharides could raise soil pH,reduce exchangeable acid content,alleviate aluminum toxicity by complexing exchangeable aluminum,prevent acid reflux,and promote rice growth,with calcium carbonate sucrose mixtures being the most effective.
