    摘要:

    为了探究不同葡萄废弃枝条复配基质对日光温室辣椒根际基质环境及产量和品质的影响,为废弃葡萄枝条资源化利用提供理论依据。以辣椒‘陇椒6号’为试验材料,将堆肥发酵后的废弃葡萄枝条、草炭和珍珠岩分别按照体积百分比20∶50∶30(T1)、30∶40∶30(T2)、40∶30∶30(T3)、50∶20∶30(T4)混合形成复配基质,以商品基质为对照(CK),探究复配基质的营养成分和酶活性,以及辣椒根际微生物多样性和品质产量的差异。结果表明,与CK相比,T1、T2、T4处理的碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量显著提高,涨幅分别介于13%~51%、15%~28%和10%~15%。各处理的酶活性均显著高于CK,其中T4处理的碱性磷酸酶和脲酶活性相对于CK处理显著增加,但复配基质中的全氮和全磷含量却有所降低。相较于CK,复配基质辣椒根际基质细菌群落丰富度及多样性有所增加,根际微生物群落中放线菌门和粘球菌门的相对丰度普遍上升。冗余分析表明,辣椒根际细菌群落结构的显著变化受基质pH和碳氮比的影响。此外,T3处理中辣椒根系活力与总体积均呈现出较高的增长水平,维生素C、可溶性糖和可溶性固形物等品质特性也呈现出优质水平。T3处理产量最高,为71920.5 kg·hm-2,产投比达2.43,净收益达16.95万元·hm-2。通过对辣椒根际基质养分、酶活性、微生物多样性、品质及产量等指标进行综合分析,得出辣椒在各处理下的平均得分排名为T3>T4>T2>T1>CK,即T3处理(发酵葡萄枝条∶草炭∶珍珠岩=40∶30∶30)为辣椒的最佳栽培基质。

    Abstract:

    This study aimed to investigate the effects of compound substrates formulated with grapevine pruned canes on the rhizosphere microenvironment,yield,and quality of greenhouse-cultivated pepper plants,thereby providing a theoretical foundation for the sustainable utilization of viticulture waste.Using pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) cultivar ‘Longjiao No.6’ as the experimental material,four compound substrates were formulated by mixing composted waste grape branches,peat,and perlite at the following volume ratios:20∶50∶30 (T1),30∶40∶30 (T2),40∶30∶30 (T3),and 50∶20∶30 (T4),and a commercial substrate served as the control (CK).The nutrient composition and enzymatic activities of the substrates,alongside the rhizosphere microbial diversity,pepper quality,and yield were comparatively analyzed.Compared to CK,treatments T1,T2,and T4 exhibited significant increases in available nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium by 13%-51%,15%-28%,and 10%-15%,respectively.All treatments showed notably higher enzyme activities than CK,with T4 demonstrating marked enhancements in alkaline phosphatase and urease activities.However,total nitrogen and total phosphorus content in the compound substrates decreased.The bacterial community richness and diversity in the rhizosphere of pepper plants grown in compound substrates were elevated compared to CK,accompanied by increased relative abundances of Actinobacteria and Myxococcota.Redundancy analysis revealed that pH and C/N were key drivers of bacterial community structural shifts.Additionally,T3 treatment displayed superior root vigor,root volume,and fruit quality traits (e.g.,vitamin C,soluble sugars,and soluble solids).T3 achieved the highest yield (71920.5 kg·hm-2),with a benefit-to-cost ratio of 2.43 and a net profit of 169500 Yuan·hm-2.Based on a comprehensive analysis of rhizosphere substrate nutrients,enzyme activity,microbial diversity,fruit quality,and yield,the treatments were ranked by overall performance as T3>T4>T2>T1>CK.The optimal substrate for pepper cultivation was identified as T3 (fermented grapevine canes :peat :perlite = 40∶30∶30),demonstrating superior integrated agronomic benefits.
