    摘要:

    通过根瘤菌与植物根际促生菌(PGPR)联合接种,探究其对3种甘草活性成分的影响。以甘草为材料,比较了根瘤菌单独和配施PGPR(M9Z、M10)效果,并以不施菌作为对照(CK)。采用凯氏定氮法、索氏抽提法、苯酚-硫酸法、紫外-可见分光光度法分别测定粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总糖、总皂苷、黄酮的含量。结果表明,联合接种显著促进了粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总糖、总皂苷、黄酮等活性成分的积累(P<0.05),相比CK处理,联合接种的乌拉尔甘草分别提高了49.57%、46.84%,21.02%、31.29%,21.68%、23.42%,25.10%、25.08%,15.87%、22.06%;光果甘草分别提高了28.14%、26.38%,25.9%、31.24%,16.41%、21.14%,23.50%、36.28%,16.20%、19.14%;胀果甘草分别提高了37.27%、40.33%,24.12%、18.11%,21.18%、22.48%,34.68%、31.96%,21.64%、23.84%,并且5种成分呈现显著相关性(P<0.05)。根瘤菌与PGPR联合接种可以促进甘草活性成分的积累,为深入探究联合接种提高甘草中有效成分的机制提供理论基础。

    Abstract:

    The effects of combined inoculation of Rhizobium and PGPR(M9Z,M10) on three active components in licorice were investigated. Licorice was used as the experimental material. The effects of single inoculation with Rhizobium or PGPR and their combined application were compared,using non-inoculated plants as the control (CK). The contents of crude protein,crude fat,total sugar,total saponin,and flavonoids were determined using the Kjeldahl method,Soxhlet extraction,phenol-sulfuric acid method,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and spectrophotometry,respectively. The results demonstrated that combined inoculation significantly enhanced the accumulation of crude protein,crude fat,total sugar,total saponin,and flavonoids (P<0.05),Compared with CK,the combined administration of Glycyrrhiza uralensis was increased by 49.57% and 46.84%,21.02% and 31.29%,21.68% and 23.42%,25.10% and 25.08%,15.87% and 22.06%,respectively;the combined administration of Glycyrrhiza glabra was increased by 28.14% and 26.38%,25.9% and 31.24%,16.41% and 21.14%,23.50% and 36.28%,16.20% and 19.14%,respectively;the combined administration of Glycyrrhiza inflata increased by 37.27% and 40.33%,24.12% and 18.11%,21.18% and 22.48%,34.68% and 31.96%,21.64% and 23.84%,respectively. Furthermore,these five components exhibited significant correlations with one another (P<0.05). Combined inoculation of Rhizobium and PGPR could effectively promote the accumulation of active components in licorice,providing a theoretical foundation for further elucidating the mechanisms underlying the enhancement of effective components in licorice through combined inoculation.
