    摘要:

    土壤氮转化过程如有机氮矿化、黏土矿物对铵态氮的吸附-解吸、微生物对氮素的固持-释放,以及硝化-反硝化作用共同决定了土壤氮保供能力与作物氮利用效率。然而,长期集约化栽培和“重用轻养”的种植模式导致土壤退化,降低土壤氮保供能力,以及植物氮素利用效率并引发环境风险。同时土壤氮周转过程研究方法的不足也限制了对氮素转化关键过程的定量解析。因此,在系统阐述土壤氮周转基础上,对通过侧深施肥、施加缓控释肥和抑制剂等不同氮素管理策略来提升植物氮肥利用率和通过施加不同特性有机物料调控土壤氮保供能力的机理进行综述,同时对国内外土壤氮循环前沿研究方法进行总结。以期为土壤地力提升与氮素的高效利用提供理论支持和技术指导,助力实现农业绿色可持续发展。

    Abstract:

    Soil nitrogen transformation processes,such as organic nitrogen mineralization,adsorption-desorption of ammonium nitrogen by clay minerals,immobilization-release of nitrogen by microorganisms,and nitrification-denitrification,collectively determine soil nitrogen retention and supply capacity as well as crop nitrogen use efficiency. However,long-term intensive cultivation and the “excessive utilization with inadequate maintenance” planting pattern have led to severe soil degradation,which reduces soil nitrogen retention and supply capacity,decreases nitrogen use efficiency,and triggers environmental risks. Meanwhile,the inadequacies in research methods for soil nitrogen turnover processes have also restricted our quantitative analysis of key nitrogen transformation processes. Therefore,based on a systematic elaboration of soil nitrogen turnover,this paper reviewed the mechanisms by which different nitrogen management strategies,including deep placement fertilization,slow/controlled-release fertilizers,and the use of inhibitors-improve nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency,as well as how organic materials with different properties regulate soil nitrogen retention and supply capacity. It also summarized cutting-edge research methods for soil nitrogen cycling world wide. The aim was to provide theoretical support and technical guidance for improving soil fertility and efficient nitrogen utilization,thereby facilitating the realization of green and sustainable agriculture.
