    摘要:

    建立了硝酸-氢氟酸(HNO3-HF)体系-微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤中的38种元素。在0.1000 g试样中加入3 mL HNO3和2.0 mL HF,微波消解仪按实验条件程序升温,可完全消解样品。电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP- MS)以72Ge、103Rh、187Re为混合内标,KED模式进行测定。在优化条件下对国家标准物质进行测定,各元素标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.9996,检出限为0.004~0.6 μg/g。相对标准偏差为0.91%~6.0%,对数差均小于0.08,结果说明本方法准确可靠。

    Abstract:

    A method for the determination of 38 elements in soil by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with HNO3-HF was proposed. The samples were completed decomposed by a mixture acid of 3 mL HNO3- and 1.5 mL HF in microwave digestion tubes for 0.1000 g of sample. Taking 72Ge,103Rh,187Re as the mixed internal standard elements,using He collision mode to eliminate the interference of polyatomic ions,the sample solution was directly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Under the optimized conditions,the certified reference materials of geological samples were determined,the calibration curves were obtained with correlation coefficients above 0.9996,the limits of detection of the method were 0.004-0.6 μg/g. The determined values were in good agreement with the certified values. The standard deviations of the method were 0.91%-6.0% and the accuracy was not higher than 0.08. This method can meet the requirements for the geological samples.
