    摘要:

    针对宁夏引黄灌区灌淤土养分含量低、保水性差的问题,揭示生物炭作为改良剂在提升该区土壤有机碳库方面的综合效应。基于12 年大田长期定位试验,研究氮肥生物炭组合施用对灌淤土有机碳组分及碳库管理指数(CPMI)的影响。试验共设4 个处理:对照(CK)、单施生物炭(B,C 9000 kg·hm-2)、常规施肥(FP,N 240 kg·hm-2)和氮肥生物炭组合施用(FP+B,C 9000 kg·hm-2,N 240 kg·hm-2)。2023 年于小麦收获后采集土壤样品进行分析。结果表明,各处理水稳性团聚体粒径以<0.25 mm 为主,B 和FP 处理显著提高了>5、1 ~ 2 和0.25 ~ 0.5 mm 粒级团聚体含量。与CK 相比,各施肥处理均对灌淤土有明显的改良效果。其中,FP+B 处理对土壤有机碳(SOC)含量提升效果最显著,增幅为39.41%;B 处理增幅为25.55%;FP 处理增幅为13.86%。各施肥处理均提高了易氧化有机碳(LOC)、微生物量碳(MBC)、颗粒有机碳(POC)含量,增幅分别为21.72% ~ 82.83%、10.66% ~ 43.33%、11.99% ~ 78.65%;且各组分变化趋势较为一致,排序均为FP+B>B>FP>CK。而FP+B 处理与CK 相比,溶解性有机碳含量显著降低了41.67%,添加生物炭的FP+B 与B 处理之间无显著差异。与CK 相比,B、FP 和FP+B 处理CPMI 分别提高了49.76%、23.03% 和108.25%。Pearson 相关系数表明,SOC、CPMI 与有效磷、微生物量氮、MBC、LOC、POC 呈显著正相关性,说明速效养分、微生物活动及活性碳库共同推动灌淤土碳循环。因此,氮肥生物炭组合施用这一模式对宁夏灌淤土碳库有调控作用,为土壤肥力改善及区域农田生态系统碳固持潜力提供了科学依据,为当地农业可持续发展与耕地质量提升提供了理论参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of low nutrient content and poor water retention in irrigated silted soil in Ningxia Yellow River irrigation area,the comprehensive impact of biochar as a kind of soil amendments on improving soil organic carbon pool in this area was revealed. Based on a 12-year long-term positioning experiment,the effects of combined application of nitrogen fertilizer and biochar on organic carbon fractions and carbon pool management index( CPMI)in irrigated silted soil were studied. Four treatments were set up:the control group(CK),single application of biochar(B,C 9000 kg·hm-2),conventional fertilization(FP,N 240 kg·hm-2),combined application of nitrogen fertilizer and biochar(FP+B,C 9000 kg·hm-2,N 240 kg·hm-2). Soil samples were collected and analyzed after wheat harvest in 2023. The results showed that the particle size of water-stable aggregates in each treatment was mainly in the <0.25 mm,and the content of aggregates in>5,1–2 and 0.25–0.5 mm particle sizes was significantly increased under B and FP treatment. Compared with CK,all fertilization treatments had obvious improvement effects in irrigated silted soil. Among them,FP+B treatment had the most significant effect on the increase of soil organic carbon(SOC)content,with an increase of 39.41%;B treatment increased by 25.55%;FP treatment increased by 13.86%. The contents of labile organic carbon(LOC),microbial biomass carbon(MBC)and particulate organic carbon(POC)were increased by 21.72%–82.83%,10.66%–43.33% and 11.99%–78.65%,respectively;and the change trend of LOC,MBC and POC contents was consistent,the order was FP+B> B> FP> CK.Compared with CK,the content of dissolved organic carbon in FP+B treatment decreased significantly by 41.67%,and there was no significant difference between FP+B and B treatment. Compared with CK,the CPMI of B,FP and FP+B treatments increased by 49.76%,23.03% and 108.25% respectively. Pearson correlation coefficient showed that SOC and CPMI were positively correlated with availaboe phosphorus,microbial biomass nitrogen,MBC,LOC and POC,indicating that available nutrients,microbial activities and activated carbon pool jointly promoted soil carbon cycle in irrigated silted soil. Therefore,it was necessary to clarify the combined application of nitrogen fertilizer and biochar on the carbon pool of irrigated silted soil in Ningxia,so as to provide scientific basis for improving soil fertility and the carbon sequestration potential of regional farmland ecosystem,and provide theoretical reference for the sustainable development of local agriculture and the improvement of cultivated land quality.
