    摘要:

    为构建基于最小数据集的土壤健康评价指标体系,综合评价不同耕作方式下秸秆还田对土壤健康的影响,筛选出适合东北黑土区的保护性耕作方式,在吉林省公主岭市开展长期耕作定位试验,设置传统旋耕、免耕秸秆还田和翻耕秸秆还田3 种耕作方式,选择多年生原生草地作为自然土壤对照。2019 年采集表层0 ~ 10 cm 土壤样品,测定土壤物理、化学和微生物指标。采用主成分分析、因子分析和偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS - DA)等多元统计方法筛选关键指标分别构建最小数据集,结合线性与非线性评分函数,计算土壤健康指数(SHI),比较不同方法构建的SHI 在土壤健康评价中的适用性。结果表明:(1)相较于传统旋耕,免耕秸秆还田显著提高了土壤碳、氮含量,其中土壤有机碳和全氮较传统旋耕分别增加40.9% 和36.7%(P<0.05);免耕秸秆还田处理的土壤微生物生物量碳及磷获取酶活性也显著提高,增幅分别为182.0% 和73.7%(P<0.05)。(2)基于不同数据集的土壤健康评价结果差异明显,基于PLS-DA 方法筛选出10 项土壤指标构建的最小数据集(全碳、有机碳、全氮、颗粒有机碳、颗粒有机氮、含水量、pH、全磷、碳获取酶活性和磷获取酶活性)结合非线性评分方法计算的SHIPLSDA-NL 变异系数最大(17.7%),且与总数据集相关性最高(R2=0.901,P<0.05),表明基于PLS-DA 构建的最小数据集相较于基于主成分分析和因子分析构建的最小数据集更适合替代总数据集对东北黑土区不同耕作方式下的土壤健康进行评价。(3)SHIPLSDA-NL 显示,免耕秸秆还田的SHI 值(0.50)显著高于翻耕秸秆还田(0.45)和传统旋耕(0.36)(P<0.05),且与草地参照(0.58)差异最小。研究表明,基于PLS-DA 构建的最小数据集结合非线性评分函数能够有效评估东北黑土区不同耕作方式对土壤健康的影响。免耕秸秆还田通过增强碳、氮固存、提升微生物活性等途径,显著改善农田土壤健康情况。

    Abstract:

    To construct a soil health evaluation index system based on the minimum data set,comprehensively evaluate the impact of different tillage methods combined with straw returning to the field on soil health,screen out the conservation tillage model suitable for the northeast black soil region,a long-term tillage experiment was conducted in Gongzhuling city,Jilin province. Three tillage methods were adopted,namely rotary tillage and straw not returning,no tillage with straw returning,and moldboard plowing with straw returning. Perennial native grassland was selected as the control of natural and healthy soil. In 2019,soil samples of 0-10 cm in the surface layer were collected to determine the physical,chemical and biological indicators of the soil. Multivariate statistical methods such as principal component analysis,factor analysis,and partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were adopted to screen key indicators to construct the minimum data set. Combined with linear and nonlinear scoring functions,the soil health index(SHI)was calculated. The applicability of SHI was constructed by different methods in assessing soil health status in the northeast Black soil region,and the soil health status under different tillage methods was comprehensively evaluated. The results indicated that:(1)Compared with straw not returning,no tillage with straw returning significantly increased the soil carbon and nitrogen contents. Specifically,soil organic carbon and total nitrogen increased by 40.9% and 36.7%,respectively,compared to straw not returning(P<0.05);meanwhile,the soil microbial biomass carbon and phosphorus acquisition enzyme activity in the no tillage with straw returning treatment also significantly increased,with increments of 182.0% and 73.7%,respectively(P<0.05).(2)The soil health evaluation results based on different datasets showed significant differences. By using the PLS-DA method,10 soil indicators were selected to construct the minimum dataset(including total carbon,organic carbon,total nitrogen,particulate organic carbon,particulate organic nitrogen,moisture content,pH,total phosphorus,carbon acquisition enzyme activity,and phosphorus acquisition enzyme activity),combined with the nonlinear scoring method,the SHIPLSDA-NL coefficient calculated was the largest(17.7%),and it had the highest correlation with the total dataset(R2=0.901,P<0.05). This indicated that the minimum dataset constructed based on PLS-DA was more suitable for replacing the total dataset to evaluate the soil health under different farming methods in the northeast black soil region,compared to the minimum datasets constructed based on principal component analysis and factor analysis.(3)According to SHIPLSDA-NL,the SHI value of no tillage with straw returning(0.50)was significantly higher than that of moldboard plowing with straw returning(0.45)and straw not returning(0.36)(P<0.05),and showed the smallest difference,compared to the grassland reference(0.58). The minimum dataset constructed based on PLS-DA combined with the nonlinear scoring method could effectively evaluate the influence of different tillage methods on soil health in the northeast black soil region. No-till straw returning to the field significantly improved the health of farmland soil by enhancing carbon and nitrogen sequestration and increasing microbial activity.
