    摘要:

    秸秆还田与离田及氮素投入量的不同导致石灰性潮土N2O 排放量存在很大的空间变异。为了探明这种变异幅度对N2O 排放的影响程度,设置S 组(1% 干土质量秸秆添加,模拟秸秆还田)与NS 组(模拟秸秆离田)2种方式,以及N 0、100、200、300 和500 mg·kg-1 共5 个氮素梯度,共10 个处理,开展室内培养试验。结果显示,N 0 mg·kg-1 添加下,NS 组的N2O 排放量显著高于S 组,N 100 mg·kg-1 添加下,NS 与S 组的N2O 的排放量无显著差异,而当氮素投入量超过N 100 mg·kg-1 时,S 组的N2O 排放量显著高于NS 组,其中S 组在N 200、300 和500 mg·kg-1 添加时的N2O 排放量分别是NS 组的1.39、1.47 和2.35 倍;同时发现,NS 与S 组的矿质氮(Nmin,包括NH4+-N、NO3--N 和NO2--N)均随着氮添加量的增加而显著增加;其中S 与NS 组的N2O 排放量与NO2--N 浓度呈显著线性正相关关系,而与NH4+-N 和NO3--N 的相关性较弱。拟合曲线显示,S 组N2O 的排放量随氮素投入量的增加呈显著的指数增长趋势,而NS 组则基本为线性增长趋势。此外,NS 组N2O 的排放系数随着氮素投入量的增加而逐步降低,而S 组N2O 的排放系数随着氮素投入量的增加而增加,其主要原因归结为秸秆添加耦合高氮提升土壤碳氮比,激发关键功能微生物丰度,从而诱导N2O 气体的产生。基于以上结论,本研究认为秸秆有无添加在不同氮素梯度下对N2O 排放的影响程度存在极显著差异,未来在预测农田系统N2O 排放时,应充分考虑秸秆有无还田耦合不同氮素带来的影响。考虑到培养试验环境因素的单一性,后续还需要进一步开展田间试验确定排放系数。

    Abstract:

    The different straw application ways(returning to the field or leaving off the field)and the varying nitrogen input levels could result in significant spatial variations in N2O emissions from calcareous loam soil. To determine the extent of this variation’s impact on N2O emissions,an indoor cultivation experiment was conducted with two methods:the S group(1% dry soil mass of straw added,simulating straw returning to the field)and the NS group(simulating straw leaving the field),along with five nitrogen gradients of N 0,100,200,300,and 500 mg·kg-1,totaling 10 treatments. The results showed that under N 0 mg·kg-1 addition,the N2O emissions of the NS group were significantly higher than those of the S group.Under N 100 mg·kg-1 addition,there was no significant difference in N2O emissions between the NS group and the S group.However,when the nitrogen input exceeded N 100 mg kg-1,the N2O emissions of the S group were significantly higher than those of the NS group. Among them,the N2O emissions of the S group at N 200,300,and 500 mg·kg-1 additions were 1.39,1.47,and 2.35 times those of the NS group,respectively. It was also found that the mineral nitrogen(Nmin,including NH4+-N,NO3--N,and NO2--N)of the NS group and the S group significantly increased with the increase in nitrogen addition. The N2O emissions of the S group and the NS group were significantly positively correlated with the NO2--N concentration,but had a weaker correlation with NH4+-N and NO3--N. The fitting curve showed that the N2O emissions of the S group increased exponentially with the increase in nitrogen quantity,while those of the NS group showed a basically linear growth trend. Additionally,the N2O emission coefficient of the S group decreased gradually with the increase in nitrogen input,while that of the NS group increased with the increase in nitrogen input. The main reason for this was that the addition of straw coupled with high nitrogen levels increased the soil carbon-nitrogen ratio,stimulating the abundance of key functional microorganisms and thereby inducing the production of N2O gas. Based on these conclusions,this study suggested that there was a highly significant difference in the impact of whether or not straw was added on N2O emissions under different nitrogen gradients. In the future,when predicting N2O emissions in agricultural systems,the influence of whether or not straw is returned to the field coupled with different nitrogen inputs should be fully considered. Considering the singularity of the environmental factors in the cultivation test,further field tests are still needed to determine the emission coefficient.
