    摘要:

    以蓝莓品种‘蓝金’和‘斯巴坦’为试验材料,于开花坐果期喷施氨基酸硒叶面肥,旨在探究氨基酸硒对蓝莓叶片质量、果实品质和果实硒含量的影响,以期为富硒蓝莓的生产提供理论依据。结果表明,与喷清水对照相比,喷施氨基酸硒后显著改善了叶片质量,‘蓝金’和‘斯巴坦’的叶片叶绿素含量、叶片厚度分别提高了39.13%、22.33% 和14.37%、13.90%;营养价值显著提升,维生素C 和硒含量显著增加,分别增加11.43%、1866.67% 和27.45%、2577.78%。不同品种对氨基酸硒的响应存在差异,‘蓝金’在提升叶片质量上表现较好,‘斯巴坦’在提升果实硒含量和果实综合品质方面表现突出。本研究中‘斯巴坦’的果实聚硒能力强于‘蓝金’,为蓝莓优质高效生产中合理施用氨基酸硒叶面肥提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    In this study,blueberry cultivars‘ Blue gold’ and‘ Spartan’ were used as test materials,and amino acid selenium foliar fertilizer( 600-fold dilution) was sprayed during the flowering and fruit-setting period.The aim was to explore the effects of foliar spraying of amino acid selenium on leaf quality,fruit quality,and fruit selenium content of blueberries,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the production of selenium-enriched blueberries.The results showed that compared with the control of spraying water,spraying amino acid selenium significantly improved leaf quality: the leaf chlorophyll content and leaf thickness of‘ Blue Gold’ and‘ Spartan’ increased by 39.13%,22.33% and 14.37%,13.90%,respectively.Meanwhile,the nutritional value of fruits was significantly enhanced,with vitamin C and selenium contents increasing significantly.For‘ Blue Gold’,the increases were 11.43%( vitamin C)and 1866.67%( selenium); for‘ Spartan’,the increases were 27.45%( vitamin C) and 2577.78%( selenium).There were differences in the response of different varieties to amino acid selenium foliar fertilizer:‘ Blue gold’ performed better in improving leaf quality such as chlorophyll content and the thickness of upper and lower leaf epidermis,while‘Spartan’ stood out in increasing fruit selenium content and comprehensive fruit quality.In this study,the fruit selenium accumulation capacity of‘ Spartan’ was stronger than that of‘ Blue Gold’,which provided a theoretical basis for the rational application of amino acid selenium foliar fertilizer in high-quality and efficient blueberry production.
