    摘要:

    作为关系国家粮油安全的重要战略作物,我国大豆年产量仅约2000 万t,难以满足日益增长的需求。因此,开发利用盐碱地资源进行大豆生产,对保障国家粮食安全具有关键意义。该研究旨在探讨沟播与播量配置如何通过影响盐碱地大豆的出苗与生长过程,进而决定最终产量。在轻中度盐碱地开展大豆田间试验,设置沟播深度(0、10、20 cm)和播量(2、3、4 粒·穴-1)处理,分别进行沟播单因素和沟播× 播量双因素试验。通过两地一年试验,监测土壤剖面水盐动态、大豆出苗率、生长指标及产量,系统评估不同栽培措施的效应。沟播显著改善大豆生育前期的生长环境,耕层(0 ~ 40 cm)土壤蓄水量提高 6.9%,电导率显著下降,促进大豆株高增加和生物量积累,最终使生物量较对照提高14.25%,产量最高达3750 kg·hm-2。但生育后期沟播持续蓄水导致沟底盐分上聚,部分抑制作物生长。播量配置试验结果表明,沟播条件下大豆出苗率提高38% 以上,且随播量增加显著提升;其中,4 粒·穴-1 处理出苗率为76.4%,产量为3525 kg·hm-2,表现最优。沟播对大豆生长的促进作用集中在大豆生长初期,这不仅与同期监测的蓄水、降盐作用相吻合,更通过提高大豆出苗率,对初期的生物量形成起到了关键作用,在轻中度盐碱地,沟播深度10 cm、播量4 粒·穴-1 时效果最佳,可有效提高大豆出苗率,缓解土壤板结问题,并实现产量提升。

    Abstract:

    As a vital strategic crop for national grain and oil security,China’s annual soybean output remains at only 20 million tons,which falls far short of meeting the rapidly growing domestic demand.Therefore,exploiting salinealkali land resources for soybean cultivation is critical to safeguarding national food security.This study investigated how furrow sowing and seeding density configurations regulated seedling emergence and growth processes in salinealkali soils,thereby decisively determining final yield outcomes.Soybean field trials were conducted on light to moderately saline-alkali soils,with treatments including furrow planting depth( 0,10,20 cm) and seed rate( 2,3,4 seeds per hole).Single-factor furrow planting trials and two-factor furrow planting × seed rate trials were conducted.Through one year of trials in two locations,soil profile water and salt dynamics,soybean germination rates,growth indicators,and yields were monitored to systematically evaluate the effects of different cultivation measures.Furrow seeding significantly improved the growth environment during the early growth stage of soybeans.Soil water storage capacity in the plow layer( 0-40 cm) increased by 6.9%,and electrical conductivity decreased significantly,promoting soybean plant height increase and biomass accumulation.This ultimately resulted in a 14.25% increase in biomass accumulation compared to the control,with the highest yield reaching 3750 kg·hm-2.However,continued water retention in the furrows during the later growth stage led to salt accumulation at the bottom of the furrows,partially inhibiting crop growth.Seeding rate configuration trial results showed that soybean seeding emergence rates increased by over 38% under furrow seeding conditions,with a significant improvement as seeding rates increased.Among these,the 4 seeds per hole treatment achieved a germination rate of 76.4% and a yield of 3525 kg·hm-2,performing optimally.The promoting effect of furrow sowing on soybean growth is most pronounced during the early growth stage. This not only coincides with the observed water storage and salt reduction over the same period, but more importantly, significantly increases the emergence rate, thereby playing a critical role in early biomass formation. In light to moderate saline alkali soils, a furrow depth of 10 cm combined with a sowing rate of 4 seeds per hole achieves the optimal results, effectively improving emergence, alleviating soil compaction, and ultimately leading to higher yields.
