    摘要:

    通过探究叶面喷施硝酸锌、Zn-EDTA、有机混合锌(自制锌,硝酸锌和小分子氨基酸、糖醇物质等混合)三种锌肥对桃树生长发育、果实品质及果实锌含量的影响,为锌肥在桃树生产上的应用提供理论依据。试验以‘春美’桃为材料,设置对照处理(CK)、0.05%浓度硝酸锌(ZnN1)、0.1%浓度硝酸锌(ZnN2)、0.05%浓度Zn-EDTA(Zn-EDTA1)、0.1%浓度Zn-EDTA(Zn-EDTA2)、0.05%浓度有机混合锌(ZnN-OM1)和0.1%浓度有机混合锌(ZnN-OM2)共7个处理,测定叶片SPAD值、光合作用、质量、锌含量及果实单果质量、内在品质和果实锌含量等指标。结果表明,Zn-EDTA2处理对叶片净光合作用和生物量的提升效果最好,与CK处理相比,Zn-EDTA2处理叶片Pn、百叶鲜重和单果质量分别显著提高11.17%、21.42%和21.29%。ZnN-OM处理显著提高桃叶片SPAD值和果实品质,与CK处理相比,ZnN-OM1和ZnN-OM2处理的叶片SPAD值分别提升11.61%和10.82%,维生素C含量分别提高16.99%和13.73%,可溶性糖含量分别提高8.39%和8.32%,ZnN-OM1和ZnN-OM2处理之间无显著性差异。ZnN-OM2处理桃叶片和果实锌含量显著高于其他处理,较CK处理分别显著提高133.26%和130.49%。综合三种锌肥在桃树上的应用效果,在桃树上喷施0.05%和0.1%浓度的有机混合锌可显著提高叶片SPAD值,果实单果重、果实内在品质和锌含量,且喷施0.1%浓度的有机混合锌对果实品质、锌吸收提升的综合效果最优。

    Abstract:

    A field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of three zinc fertilizer types (zinc nitrate, Zn-EDTA and organic zinc complex) applied through foliar spraying on growth parameters, developmental stages, fruit quality and zinc accumulation patterns in peach trees. This study aims to improve zinc uptake in peach trees through foliar application of the zinc fertilizers and establish a theoretical foundation for their application in cultivation practices. In this study, the peach species "Chunmei" was used as the experimental material and the fertilization treatments were conducted with control (CK), 0.05% zinc nitrate (ZnN1), 0.1% zinc nitrate (ZnN2), 0.05% Zn-EDTA (Zn-EDTA1), 0.1% Zn-EDTA (Zn-EDTA2), 0.05% organic zinc complex (ZnN-OM1), and 0.1% organic zinc complex (ZnN-OM2). The leaf SPAD value, photosynthesis, biomass, zinc content, individual fruit quality, intrinsic quality, and fruit zinc content were measured and analyzed. Results showed that the Zn-EDTA2 treatment most effectively enhanced net photosynthesis and leaf biomass. More specifically, the leaf Pn, 100-leaf fresh weight, and single fruit weight of Zn-EDTA2 treatment was 11.17%, 21.42%, and 21.29% higher than those in CK treatment. Compared with CK treatment, ZnN-OM treatment significantly improved leaf SPAD value and fruit quality of peach. ZnN-OM1 and ZnN-OM2 treatments increased leaf SPAD value by 11.61% and 10.82%, vitamin C content by 16.99% and 13.73%, and soluble sugar content by 8.39% and 8.32%, respectively. There was no significant difference between ZnN-OM1 and ZnN-OM2 treatments. The zinc content of peach leaves and fruits in ZnN-OM2 treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments, with a significant increase of 133.26% and 130.49%, respectively, compared with CK treatment. Comprehensively considering the application effects of three kinds of zinc fertilizers on peach trees, spraying 0.05% and 0.1% concentrations of organic zinc complex on peach trees can significantly improve the leaf SPAD value, fruit weight, fruit quality and zinc content, and spraying 0.1% concentration of organic zinc complex has the best comprehensive effect on improving fruit quality and enhancing zinc uptake.
